Have the power to have tremendous impact and be a part of a team that fosters growth, leadership, community and transformation.</p></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Job Description</h2></div><div><ul><li>Own the vision for a group-wide content technology architecture</li><li>Replace legacy systems by state of the art software products</li><li>Consult your business stakeholders on maximizing value in their processes</li><li>Monitor and support the adoption and performance of your software</li><li>Keep a transparent and tangible development roadmap</li><li>Manage the work in progress and team health for a developer team of four</li><li>Manage user feedback, requirements and issues</li><li>Build an agile organization within the Content Technology area</li><li>Promote agile working methods and mindsets with your business partners</li></ul><ul></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><ul><li>At least 5 years of experience as either an IT Product owner, technical Project manager, or integration consultant</li><li>Deep understanding of agile principles and knowledge about their application in product development</li><li>ideally practical experience in e-commerce with a focus on PIM, MDM or DAM</li><li>Academic background in an engineering or science A minor in Software Engineering, Computer Science or Computational Linguistics and knowledge about Python, SQL, REST, PHP, Docker will help</li><li>Excellent subject-matter knowledge about e-commerce processes, such as product creation and enrichment</li><li>A deep understanding of software and database architectures</li><li>Fluent in written and spoken English</li><li>Strong communication skills, including presentation and mediation</li><li>Passion for Sports and Tech is very welcomed!</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p>We celebrate diversity and are committed to building teams that represent a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
