<div><p>Lumiform, founded in 2018, is a fast-growing SaaS startup from Berlin that operates globally.</p>
<p>A few months ago, we raised €6.4 Million in a Series-A financing round with Tier 1 SaaS investor Capnamic to transform the still untapped €164 billion inspection market.</p>
<p>Inspections take place in all major industries worldwide and are still mostly conducted by pen and paper, like cleaning documentation, risk assessments, maintenance reports, hygiene checks, safety walk documentation, etc. pp.</p>
<p>The Lumiform application enables deskless teams to digitalize and automate their inspection workflows. Over 30,000 organizations across 188 countries already use Lumiform and have submitted over 1.5 million inspections so far.</p>
<p>Our great team works passionately to enable businesses to exceed quality promises and make workplaces safe. A nice side effect: It is environmentally friendly and reduces the use of paper to a maximum.</p>
<p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p>
<p>As a product-led-growth company with a self-serve approach, our product is the core of our business. Our users should fall in love with our amazing design and usability. Be in charge of the Lumiform design and help us transform a huge untapped market with an irresistible product.</p>
<h2>Tasks</h2>
<ul>
<li>You will be mainly responsible for the design of our desktop and mobile application</li>
<li>You detect ways to improve the UX/UI of our desktop and mobile application</li>
<li>You will transform design challenges and tasks from our product manager into wireframes, mockups or high fidelity designs</li>
<li>You think about the perfect user flow and information architecture and want to craft a beautiful UI</li>
<li>Get inspiration from customer interviews, research or our product analytics software (Mixpanel)</li>
<li>Check and iterate your designs with our product managers and developers till it can be implemented</li>
<li>You will prepare well thought out designs that serve our developers as a perfect basis for implementing the features</li>
<li>You hand over the designs to our product manager and write design specifications for our developers and answer their design-related questions</li>
<li>When a feature was implemented by our developers, you will check the implemented design and provide them feedback</li>
<li>You occasionally help out with designs for our website, for marketing material or sales material</li>
<li>You participate in our daily syncs with our development team</li>
<li>You are able to find and manage external freelancers that help in border areas (e.g. motion design)</li>
<li>You have regular catch-ups with our product manager, scrum master and with co-founder Philip</li>
<li>You have the opportunity to be fully responsible for the designs at Lumiform and to bring your design ideas into reality. Since we are growing strongly you might have the chance to build up a designer team</li>

<h2>Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>You have at least 2+ years of commercial experience as a UX/UI designer</li>
<li>You know how to design software and mobile apps very well</li>
<li>You are a great analytical and logical thinker with a hands-on mentality</li>
<li>You love details**:** You are a detail-oriented person who pays attention to the detail in a whole and can design every angle of a feature</li>
<li>You love creativity: You are a creative mind with an aesthetic eye with the target group always in mind</li>
<li>You are an excellent communicator of your ideas, design work and your rationale behind proposals</li>
<li>You are a team player and have a fast, independent and autonomous way of working</li>
<li>You are located in Berlin and ready to attend our wonderful office in Friedrichshain twice a week</li>
