We are looking for an exceptional Project Manager - Premium Clients (w/m/d) About the role: As a Project Manager - Premium Clients (w/m/d), you will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment to drive growth to the business through managing the premium clients of evephone. You will have the opportunity to work with a young team of highly skilled professionals who will grow with you. Through your acquired know-how you will work closely with your team to deliver agile and solution-oriented rollout strategies for the clients, coordinate and optimize interfaces within the company, and ensure a smooth onboarding process. What you'll do: <ul> <li>plan and execute rollout projects for our premium clients,</li> <li>manage the development of implementation strategies with the involvement of all relevant internal and external stakeholders,</li> <li>consulting our clients on an ideal roll-out project plan as well as providing an understanding of our products together with our Sales team,</li> <li>act as the first point of contact for our premium clients regarding the onboarding of our devices and service and guide them through the different steps of the process,</li> <li>work hands-on in optimizing processes regarding the order management of premium clients,</li> <li>with your analytical mindset, detect significant pain points in internal and external processes and develop suitable solutions,</li> <li>plan and manage strategic projects, which are essential to our (inter)national market expansion together with your team,</li> <li>translate customers needs into new product development opportunities in collaboration with your team and our product team,</li> <li>contribute with your own ideas to further develop our service using your knowledge of customer needs,</li> </ul> What you’ll need: <ul> <li>a completed bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, economics or a comparable qualification,</li> <li>initial work experience in B2B, consulting or a similar field,</li> <li>very good skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets,</li> <li>strong written and verbal German and English skills,</li> <li>excellent organizational and analytical skills with an eye for detail,</li> <li>ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently, professionally and efficiently,</li> <li>a "self-starter" mentality; you see work and problems and tackle them proactively - If you need help, you seek support from your team,</li> </ul> Don’t match all the criteria?
