Your goal will be to lead by example all pre-sales best practices and policies for high qualification goals and bookings outcomes.  You must be able to identify coaching opportunities and cross-train team members to support multiple products based on forecasted pipeline volume for each product.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for pre-sales best practices and growing a team of individual contributors</li><li>Build, maintain, and present core and customized demonstrations for multiple product lines</li><li>Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certification to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position</li><li>Respond effectively to RFPs / RFIs while mastering the company's products</li><li>Comfortable working in a startup environment where processes can be organically created</li><li>Collaborate with engineering, data science, and other support teams such as user experience, QA, and documentation to create exceptional solutions.</li><li>Work together with marketing, sales, professional services, and support to promote the delivery of product features through training initiatives, documentation efforts, and customer/analyst demonstrations.</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Proficient in German and English</li><li>6+ years in the SaaS industry, plus 3+ years of leadership</li><li>Ability to translate organizational strategy into tactical plans in both organizational and results-driven outcomes</li><li>Knowledgeable in technology, software architecture, and software as a service (SaaS) delivery models.</li><li>Ability to travel</li><li>General understanding of mechanical engineering and manufacturing practices and principals</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p>Qualified applicants will be asked to complete a 30-minute online assessment as a part of your application. </p></div></section></div>
