If you're a problem solver who can inspire and motivate a team, we'd love to hear from you.</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Bonn, Germany or Ljubljana, Slovenia (onsite)</p> <h2>WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?</h2> <ul> <li>Lead and develop our global IT Support team (4 FTE), fostering an inclusive and supportive environment</li> <li>Shape and maintain the IT helpdesk</li> <li>Analyze support requests to discover underlying issues and trends</li> <li>Continuously improve the quality of IT support provided to a global organization</li> <li>Ensure high quality user enablement for all IT-related topics</li> <li>Manage the IT hardware portfolio, covering the full hardware lifecycle of end user devices and meeting room equipment</li> <li>Define, track and improve KPIs for user requests and user satisfaction</li> <li>Steer the team’s transition into an SAP enterprise environment, aligning processes, structure and the technical architecture being used</li> <li>Guide our employees through the IT-related changes of the SAP acquisition journey</li> </ul> <h2>WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?</h2> <ul> <li>Strong leadership skills, ideally in an international and diverse environment</li> <li>Proven track record of process improvements</li> <li>Experience managing suppliers and partners</li> <li>Experience administrating MacOS and iOS devices in a business environment</li> <li>Solid technical background, ideally in a cloud-environment</li> <li>Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken, with the ability to translate technical vocabulary to non-technical audience</li> <li>Exceptional customer service skills with a problem-solving attitude</li> <li>Task-oriented and organized, experience managing a ticket queue and ability to prioritize</li> <li>Change management skills</li> <li>2+ years experience in a similar role</li> </ul> <p>LeanIX, an SAP company, is a market leader for enterprise architecture management (EAM), driving the modernization of IT landscapes and continuous business transformation.
