The perfect platform to take your career in the direction you want. </p> <p>Zattoo is a leading player in the TV-As-A-Service market, servicing several million TV users and dozens of B2B customers across Europe on numerous platforms. </p> <p>As our international TV Platform customer base is growing bigger and the billing processes are getting even more complex, we are seeking an Invoice and Reporting Manager (f/m/x) part-time with min. 60% to oversee and perform the monthly invoicing and reporting requirements for our B2B customers throughout their contractual lifetime. </p> <p>As a member of a highly motivated and very committed TV Platform Client Success Management Team, you will lead and manage the monthly invoicing processes of our existing and newly added B2B customers and be the subject matter expert for our invoicing software tool. </p> <h2>WHAT YOU’LL DO</h2> <ul> <li>Own monthly reporting for customers in coordination with the Zattoo Data and Analytics team</li> <li>Prepare and oversee the invoicing processes in coordination with the Zattoo finance team</li> <li>Be the subject matter expert for our invoicing software tool</li> <li>Serve as the main point of contact for all internal customer related billing inquiries</li> <li>Improve, monitor, and enforce billing processes, and ensure they evolve appropriately as the organization continues to grow</li> <li>Prepare monthly unit forecast and support with budget controlling</li> <li>Review existing contracts and amendments to ensure billing is accurate</li> <li>Assist the Client Success Management Team in further operational areas</li> </ul> <h2>WHAT YOU’LL BRING</h2> <ul> <li>Preferably 2+ years of experience in invoicing operations preferably within the Internet, IT, telecommunications or media sector</li> <li>Attention to financial details, ability to read and interpret customer contracts and reporting</li> <li>Strong understanding of invoicing processes and analytical ability</li> <li>Proven track record for improving processes and problem-solving</li> <li>Desire to understand the technical side of Zattoo’s TV Platform business including technical requirements and the possibilities of Zattoo’s existing technology and platform.</li> <li>High energy and self-motivation with willingness to independently come up with ideas, make action plans and implement them</li> <li>Team player mindset to collaborate with other colleagues</li> <li>Excellent written German AND English skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHY JOIN US?</strong> </p> <p>At Zattoo, you’re always on firm ground with real freedom to explore.
