Your main responsibility will be:</p><ul><li>Track team KPIs, set clear goals, and monitor progress using a data-driven approach</li><li>Cultivate the team's culture and exemplify our values by serving as a role model</li><li>Closely monitor client satisfaction and retention. Identify and execute strategies for incremental improvement</li><li>Support the launch of new products and features.
