  • Work with individual squads, primarily led by product managers, to ensure day-to-day prioritization aligns with overarching business objectives.
  • Drive the product and engineering team towards the rapid delivery of high-quality features.
  • Implement strategies to optimize efficiency, quality, and speed of development cycles.

Who you are

  • Proven experience in managing software teams, especially in high-growth environments. Previous experience as a senior software engineer is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success in building and nurturing a positive team culture.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment, ensuring the team remains focused and productive.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially in the context of software development and project delivery.
