Job Description
We are looking for an operator with a strong bias to action who is excited to solve problems and improve our business. You can flex between scrappy executing, data analysis, executive communication and cross-functional management. You’ll join the Merchant Revenue & Operations team, where we’re focused on building the best merchant selection for our customers.
As the Revenue S&O manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across your region of ~10 countries via our local Sales and Account Management teams. You will build an operating playbook to work with your countries improving sales productivity, launching strategic initiatives, implementing centrally driven programs, product launches and more. You will act like the COO of the region you cover, working closely with the RGM & GMs and being accountable to hitting merchant goals and growing the business. This is an Individual Contributor role, based in Berlin or Helsinki.
What you will be doing
Working with country sales, account management, and leadership teams to align and execute country merchant strategy
Flex between high-level planning with local GMs, setting country goals and devising how to achieve them to getting into the details of the sales process, shadowing reps and finding areas of opportunity to improve
Holding regular business reviews to dig into country performance, get frontline feedback and hold local teams accountable
Launch strategic initiatives to increase frontline productivity and gain marketshare
Build sales strategy foundations across goal setting, rep enablement, incentives, and deal analysis
Qualifications
You want to affect change every day, are result-oriented and can operate in fast-paced environments.
You have experience running an efficient business in a Revenue S&O or general S&O capacity
You are naturally curious and work independently to capitalize on growth opportunities
You do not shy away from getting your hands dirty, building and testing - you are comfortable in a place where the playbooks are still to be defined and built
You enjoy solving problems, you are comfortable with data and have solid analytical skills (SQL a plus)
You have experience using CRM systems (Pipedrive & Salesforce a plus) and working with technical teams
You have an ability to build cross-functional partnerships at all levels across many different teams to achieve common goals
You have 4+ years work experience in consulting, investment banking, operations, technology, startups, or related experiences
You communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal comms
