Job Description
- Get to know the role of an HR people partner and become a people partner yourself for our students, guiding them through all HR-related matters, from onboarding to offboarding processes.
- Support us as people partner in our role and across various processes such as recruiting, rewards and development initiatives.
- Assist as a strategical and operational sparring partner for our functional departments.
- Join our distributed team (located in our offices in Ludwigsburg, Immenstaad and Berlin) and focus on different topics depending on your interests, such as employee recruitment, retention, health management, and more.
- Contribute and bring in your own ideas to current topics, working independently on new sub-HR projects.
- Last but not least, experience our people and organization processes firsthand as well as the exchange with our leaders.
Qualifications
- Education: studies in the field of Psychology, Economics, Law or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge: first practical experience in HR and ideally first experience in using different IT Tools, e.g. SAP as well as MS Office
- Personality and Working Practice: communicative, curious, creative, independent, reliable and structured team player
- Enthusiasm: interest in a variety of HR topics and enjoys working as part of a team
- Languages: very good in German and English (written and spoken)
