The application process for different jobs can usually take some time, especially when the applications are sent out and you are waiting for feedback from the companies. But when you do receive feedback, it's quick and suddenly the first interview is just around the corner. 

Before we go into detail: the fact that you are visiting this page probably means that you have sent out some applications and have finally received a positive feedback with the first invitation to a job interview.<br>
Congratulations, up to here you have done everything great, you can be happy about the great opportunity!

Now it is time not to panic, you have convinced in the application process with the preparation of your documents, your knowledge/skills and your personality. Now it is important that you take the time to prepare for the interview and that is exactly what we want to support you with!

Job interviews are all broadly similar. The interview can be divided into **6 interview sections**, for which you can prepare yourself excellently.

#### The typical interview process:

1.  **Section: short small talk - about 5 - 10 minutes**
	* After your arrival there is a short greeting.
	* All participants introduce themselves briefly by name.
	* You are asked if you arrived well and found everything quickly, you are asked about your well-being and what you 			would like to drink:


2.	**Section: Getting to know each other by means of a short company presentation - about 10 - 15 minutes**
	* The employer introduces him/herself and those involved in the interview.
	* The company, projects, culture and general data are presented.
	* The advertised position and the position with its requirements for the applicant are briefly summarized again.

    
3.	**Section: Now it's your turn: self-presentation - about 10 - 15 minutes**
	* Academic history; if you are near the end of your studies, it is interesting to know when you will graduate on 		schedule and would be ready to work.
	* Previous work history and experience in your previous position that would be relevant to the position you are 		applying for.
	* Significant milestones and successful projects
	* Experience and strengths that are relevant to the position
    
    
4.	**Section: testing your soft & hard skills through questions - about 10 - 15 minutes**
	* Questions about the content and requirements of the job
	* Questions about your knowledge and experience 
	* Questions about your behavior in the team and critical situations in the daily work routine
	* Questions about expectations & expectations regarding the position
	* Questions about your personal development vision


5.	**Section: Time for your questions! - about 5 - 10 minutes**
	* Questions about the company 
	* Questions about the area/department in which you would be working 
	* Questions about the team constellation 
	* Questions about the personal development plan
    
    
6.	**Section: Almost at the end: Conclusion - about 5 minutes**
	* Thanks on both sides for the conversation 
    * Clarification of next steps and dates for second interviews
    * Farewell
    
Now that we have divided the interview into short interview units, it will be much easier for you to prepare for the individual sections. It is important that you are now prepared for the procedure and that no surprises await you in the interview.

#### Hints for an ideal preparation

To help you prepare for your job interview in the best possible way, we have prepared some **hints** for you: 

* **Review the job ad.**
	* Since you will be asked questions about the required skills and you will also be asked about your strengths and abilities in relation to the position in the interview, you should go through the job advertisement again before the interview. 
	* Look again carefully at what requirements and qualifications are demanded. Here you can think in advance about examples of previous experience from your studies or your previous job that support your suitable skills. 
	* Perhaps you have already held a similar position in your previous job and can refer directly to it.
	* Research qualifications that are required but that you may not (yet) have at this time. 
    * For IT talents: if programming languages or tools are required that you do not yet know, you should find out in advance what the tools offer and what they are used for. If you have mastered other similar higher programming languages, you can emphasize this and stress that it will be easy for you to learn the new required languages in a timely manner.
* **Research the background of the company and the participants.** 
	* In the posted appointment you can usually see which employees will be attending the appointment. You could research the names on the Internet, perhaps you find photos of the people and can assign the names to the right people in the conversation and thus make the greeting directly more personal.
	* Since the question is usually asked why you would like to work for this company of all companies, you should of course inform yourself about the company.
	* Information about the company that you should try to find out in advance: number and location of the different locations, headquarters, number of employees, services and products, development of the company, competitors, values and culture of the company, start-up or grown-up?
	* In which direction does the company currently want to develop and why is your advertised position important for this development.
* **Prepare your self-presentation.**
	* At the beginning of each interview, briefly introduce yourself with your name, age, academic degree and possibly your last position in the previous company and the reasons why you applied for the position.
	* First, tell them who you are, the background of your education and your last work experience. You could then go into your most important skills and strengths and use them to show how you would like to use them for the position.
    * Try to present your ideas as freely and casually as possible. This is more authentic and self-confident than a text that seems to have been learned by heart.
* **Know your application materials:** 
	* It is very important that you know your own current resume as well as your cover letter well. Read both carefully before the interview so that you do not mix up any stations or contradictions creep into your information and statements. 
    * Of course, you must be aware that your contact person has read through your documents in full and prepared them. It may even be that they have your application documents and have noted down direct questions about them. 
* **Take your application documents with you to the interview.**
	* In the last point we noted that in most cases your interviewers are prepared and know your documents. Of course, it can also be the total opposite and your contact person was too busy before that he did not get to look through your documents before the appointment. It makes a very good impression and is a great gesture if you have printed copies to hand out. In the best case, you should take three printed copies of your CV and cover letter with you, as there are usually 2 to 3 HR managers attending the interview. 
    * This shows that you are well prepared, organized, professional and understanding. If the documents are not needed, you can use them yourself for your presentation.
* **Prepare answers to possible questions.**
	* Nothing is as certain as the fact that hiring managers will ask you questions during the interview.
    * These include questions such as "What are your strengths/weaknesses?", "Why should we hire you?", "Why exactly did you apply to us?" or "Why do you think you are the right person for this job?"
    * However, stress questions, trick questions, competency questions, content questions can also occur as a type of test.
    * In the best case you ask yourself these questions and try to answer them for yourself before the interview, so that you can remember a suitable answer in the interview. It helps if you ask yourself what the person you are talking to on the other side would probably like to know.
    * In the next chapter we have compiled a list of typical questions that you should answer in order to prepare yourself.
* **Prepare questions for yourself.**
	* It is always very well received and shows real interest if you ask questions and also shows that you are well prepared for the job and the company. 
    * It also makes you look more confident if you take charge of the interview and ask questions instead of just answering them. This will save you time in the interview!
    * You also get the opportunity to learn more about the job and expectations. 
    * In the next chapter we have compiled a list of typical questions to which you should prepare answers in order to be prepared.
* **Be aware of the dress code and your appearance:**
	* The saying "first impressions count" carries a lot of weight in a job interview. Since the personnel apart from your application documents and possibly a contained application photo have not yet seen anything of you, you should in any case think about your clothes in advance. 
    * You could leave a bad impression before the interview has even begun if you are dressed incorrectly. 
    * Depending on your choice, it may show that you are not suitable for the employer, or that you have not thought about it, or that you have not put much emphasis on the interview. This is because your clothing is part of your outward appearance and could reflect your own standards and your position with the company. 
    * The dress code should therefore be chosen so that it fits the industry, but you still feel comfortable in it. 
    * If you are interviewing at a start-up, the right choice of dress will probably be more casual and less of a strict business attire. In more traditional large companies, you would definitely be underdressed if you don't wear business attire.
    * When in doubt, always opt for more, more formal attire than less. 
    * Examples of clothing choices for women: blouse and skirt, simple dress, blazer, ballerina/pumps, keep accessories if then very subtle, hair can be worn loose, in a braid or chignon. For men: jacket, shirt, cloth pants or dark denim pants, leather shoes, accessories can be tie, watch, ring. Hair and beard groomed.
* **Think about your salary expectations in advance.**
	* If the salary requirement was not yet requested in the job advertisement, it may be the case that the topic is brought up in the interview, especially in the second or third interview. 
    * To reinforce your salary expectations, you can use your previous experience and skills as a support.
    * Find out about the company's salary structures in advance at kununu.com or glassdoor.de. 
    * Very important: don't settle directly for the minimum! Set yourself an exact salary before the interview, at which you do not want to and cannot be below in any case. 
    * Dare to negotiate! Be confident but not arrogant. Remember, you have been invited to an interview by all applicants, so you bring more to the table than you might think, don't sell yourself short.

Der Bewerbungsprozess auf unterschiedliche Stellen kann für gewöhnlich etwas Zeit in Anspruch nehmen, insbesondere wenn die Bewerbungen rausgesendet sind und du auf Rückmeldungen der Unternehmen wartest. Wenn du dann aber eine Rückmeldung erhältst, geht es ganz schnell und plötzlich steht das erste Gespräch vor der Tür. 

Bevor wir ins Detail gehen: dass du diese Seite besuchst bedeutet vermutlich, dass du einige Bewerbungen rausgesendet hast und nun endlich eine positive Rückmeldung mit der ersten Einladung zu einem Bewerbungsgespräch. <br>
Herzlichen Glückwunsch, bis hierhin hast du alles super gemacht, du kannst dich über die tolle Gelegenheit freuen!

Jetzt heißt es, bloß nicht panisch werden, du hast im Bewerbungsprozess mit der Vorbereitung deiner Unterlagen, deinen Kenntnissen/Fähigkeiten und deiner Person überzeugt. Jetzt ist es wichtig, dass du dir die Zeit nimmst dich auf das Gespräch vorzubereiten und genau dabei wollen wir dich unterstützen!

Bewerbungsgespräche verlaufen alle im Großen und Ganzen auf eine ähnliche Art und Weise. Dabei kann das Gespräch in **6  Gesprächsabschnitte** unterteilt werden, auf die du dich hervorragend vorbereiten kannst. 

#### Der typische Ablauf eines Bewerbungsgesprächs:

1. **Abschnitt: kurzer Smalltalk – ca. 5 - 10 Minuten**
	* Nach deiner Ankunft gibt es eine kurze Begrüßung.
	* Alle Beteiligten stellen sich kurz namentlich vor.
	* Es wird gefragt, ob du gut angereist bist und alles schnell gefunden hast, es wird nach deinem Wohlbefinden gefragt und danach, ob und was du trinken möchtest
    
    
2.	**Abschnitt: Kennlernen anhand kurzer Unternehmenspräsentation – ca. 10 – 15 Minuten**
	* Der Arbeitgeber stellt sich und die Beteiligten am Interview vor.
	* Das Unternehmen, Projekte, Kultur und allgemeine Daten werden vorgestellt.
	* Die ausgeschriebene Stelle und die Position mit ihren Anforderungen an den Bewerber werden nochmal kurz zusammengefasst.
    
    
3.	**Abschnitt: Jetzt bist du dran: Selbstpräsentation – ca. 10 – 15 Minuten**
	* Akademischer Werdegang; falls du kurz vor Ende deines Studiums bist ist es interessant zu wissen, wann du planmäßig absolvieren wirst und einsatzbereit wärst
	* Bisheriger beruflicher Werdegang und Erfahrungen in deiner bisherigen Position, die für evtl. für die Position um die du dich bewirbst relevant wären
	* Wesentliche Meilensteine und erfolgreiche Projekte
	* Erfahrungen und Stärken die für die Stelle relevant sind
    
    
4.	**Abschnitt: Prüfung deiner Soft & Hard Skills durch Fragen – ca. 10 – 15 Minuten**
	* Fragen zu Inhalten und Anforderungen des Jobs
	* Fragen zu deinen Kenntnissen und Erfahrungen 
	* Fragen zu deinem Verhalten im Team und kritischen Situationen um Arbeitsalltag
	* Fragen zu Erwartungen & Vorstellung an die Position
	* Fragen zur persönlichen Entwicklungsvorstellung


5.	**Abschnitt: Zeit für deine Rückfragen! – ca. 5 – 10 Minuten**
	* Fragen zum Unternehmen 
	* Fragen zum Bereich/ zur Abteilung, in der du tätig sein würdest 
	* Fragen zur Teamkonstellation 
	* Fragen zum persönlichen Entwicklungsplan 
    
    
6.	**Abschnitt: Fast am Ende: Abschluss – ca. 5 Minuten**
	* Beidseitiger Dank für das Gespräch

Nun, da wir das Gespräch in kurze Gesprächseinheiten unterteilt haben, wird es dir deutlich leichter fallen dich auf die einzelnen Abschnitte gezielt vorzubereiten. Wichtig ist schonmal, dass du jetzt auf den Ablauf vorbereitet bist und dich somit keine Überraschung im Gespräch erwarten sollte.

#### Tipps & Tricks für eine ideale Vorbereitung

Damit du dich bestmöglich auf dein Bewerbungsgespräch vorbereiten kannst, haben wir einige **Tipps und Tricks** für dich vorbereitet: 

* **Geh die Jobanzeige erneut durch:**
	* Da dir Fragen zu den geforderten Kenntnissen gestellt werden und du ebenfalls auf deine Stärken und Fähigkeiten in Bezug auf die Position im Gespräch eingehen wirst, solltest du die Stellenanzeige vor dem Gespräch erneut durchgehen. 
	* Schau dir nochmal aufmerksam an, welche Anforderungen und Qualifikationen gefordert werden. Hier kannst du dir im Voraus Beispiele zu bisherigen Erfahrungen aus dem Studium oder deinem bisherigen Job überlegen, die deine passenden Fähigkeiten untermauern. 
	* Vielleicht hast du auch schon in deinem bisherigen Job eine ähnliche Position bekleidet und kannst dich direkt darauf beziehen.
	* Recherchiere Qualifikationen und was sich dahinter verbirgt, die gefordert werden, die du aber zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt evtl. (noch) nicht mitbringst. 
    * Für IT-Talente: falls Programmiersprachen oder Tools gefordert werden, die du noch nicht beherrschst solltest du dich im Vorhinein damit auseinander setzen, was die Tools können und wofür sie eingesetzt werden. Beherrschst du andere ähnliche höhere Programmiersprachen kannst du dies hervorheben und betonen, dass es dir dadurch leicht fallen wird auch die neuen geforderten Sprachen zeitnah zu erlernen.
* **Recherchiere Hintergründe zum Unternehmen und den Teilnehmern:**  
	* Im eingestellten Termin kannst du meistens sehen, welche Mitarbeiter an dem Termin teilnehmen werden. Die Namen könntest du im Internet recherchieren, vielleicht findest du Fotos zu den Personen und kannst im Gespräch die Namen zu den richtigen Personen zuordnen und die Begrüßung somit direkt persönlicher gestalten.
	* Da meist die Frage gestellt wird, wieso du ausgerechnet bei diesem Unternehmen arbeiten möchtest, solltest du dich natürlich zu dem Unternehmen informieren.
	* Infos zu dem Unternehmen, die du versuchen solltest im Vorhinein in Erfahrung zu bringen: Anzahl und Sitz der der unterschiedlichen Standorte, Zentralsitz, Anzahl der Mitarbeiter, Dienstleistungen und Produkte, Entwicklung des Unternehmens, Wettbewerber, Werte und Kultur des Unternehmens, Startup oder Grown-Up?
	* In welche Richtung möchte sich das Unternehmen derzeit entwickeln und wieso ist deine ausgeschrieben Stelle für diese Entwicklung wichtig.
* **Bereite deine Selbstpräsentation vor:**
	* Du stellst dich in jedem Vorstellungsgespräch zu Beginn kurz vor mit deinem Namen, deinem Alter, deinem akademischen Grad und evtl. deiner letzten Position im vorherigen Unternehmen und den Gründen, wieso du dich auf die Position beworben hast.
	* Sprich zuerst teilst du mit wer du bist, nennst die Hintergründe zu deiner Ausbildung und deinen letzten Berufserfahrungen. Du könntest daraufhin auf deine wichtigsten Fähigkeiten und Stärken eingehen und diese nutzen um daraufhin zu zeigen, wie du diese für die Stelle einsetzen möchtest.
    * Versuch hierbei deine Vorstellung so frei und locker zu erzählen wie es geht. Das wirkt authentischer und selbstsicherer als ein Text der nur runtergebetet auswendig gelernt wirkt.
* **Kenne deine Bewerbungsunterlagen:** 
	* Es ist sehr wichtig, dass du deinen eigenen aktuellen Lebenslauf sowie dein Anschreiben gut kennst. Lies dir beides vor dem Gespräch aufmerksam durch, damit du keine Stationen durcheinander bringst oder sich Widersprüche in deinen Angaben und Aussagen schleichen. 
    * Denn natürlich muss dir klar sein, dass deine Ansprechpartner deine Unterlagen vollständig durchgelesen und darauf vorbereitet haben. Es kann auch sein, dass sie sogar deine Bewerbungsunterlagen vorliegen haben und sich direkte Fragen dazu notiert haben. 
* **Nimm deine Bewerbungsunterlagen mit zum Gespräch:**
	* Im letzten Punkt haben wir angemerkt, dass deine Gesprächspartner in den meisten Fällen vorbereitet sind und deine Unterlagen kann. Natürlich kann es aber auch das totale Gegenteil sein und dein Ansprechpartner ist so beschäftigt, dass er nicht dazu kam vor dem Termin deine Unterlagen zu sichten. Es macht dann umso mehr einen sehr guten Eindruck und ist eine tolle Geste, wenn du ausgedruckte Exemplare zum aushändigen dabei hast. Im besten Fall nimmst du drei ausgedruckte Exemplare mit jeweils vom Lebenslauf und Anschreiben, da meist 2 bis 3 Personaler am Gespräch teilnehmen. 
    * Damit zeigst du direkt zu Beginn, dass du bestens vorbereitet, organisiert, professionell und verständnisvoll bist. Falls die Unterlagen nicht benötigt werden kannst du die z.B. selbst für deine Präsentation zum Nachlesen nutzen.
* **Bereite Antworten auf mögliche Fragen vor:**
	* Nichts ist so sicher wie der Fakt, dass die Personaler dir Fragen im Gespräch stellen werden.
    * Dazu zählen Fragen wie „Was sind Ihre Stärken/Schwächen?“, „Warum sollten wir Sie einstellen?“, „Warum haben Sie sich genau bei uns beworben?“ oder „Wieso denken Sie sind Sie die geeignete Person für diese Stelle?“
    * Es können aber auch Stressfragen, Fangfragen, Kompetenzfragen, Inhaltliche Fragen als eine Art Test vorkommen.
    * Im besten Fall stellst du dir selbst diese Fragen und versuchst du für dich vor dem Gespräch zu beantworten, damit du dich an eine passende Antwort im Gespräch erinnern kannst. Dabei hilft es wenn du dir die Frage stellst, was deine Gesprächspartner auf der anderen Seite vermutlich gerne erfahren wollen.
    * Im nächsten Kapitel haben wir eine Liste typischer Fragen zusammengestellt, die du dir beantworten solltest um dich vorzubereiten.
* **Bereite Rückfragen für dich vor:**
	* Es kommt immer super an und zeigt echtes Interesse, wenn du auch Mal Rückfragen stellst und zeigt ebenfalls, dass du dich bestens auf die Stelle und das Unternehmen vorbereitet hast. 
    * Es wirkt außerdem deutlich selbstbewusster, wenn du das Gespräch in die Hand nimmst und Fragen stellst, statt immer nur welche zu beantworten. So gewinnst du Zeit im Gespräch!
    * Du erhältst auch die Möglichkeit mehr über die Stelle und die Erwartungen zu erfahren. 
    * Im nächsten Kapitel haben wir eine Liste typischer Rückfragen zusammengestellt, zu denen du dir Antworten vorbereiten solltest, um dich vorzubereiten.
* **Beachte den Dresscode und dein Auftreten:**
	* Der Spruch „der erste Eindruck zählt“ bekommt in einem Vorstellungsgespräch ein hohes Gewicht. Da die Personaler außer deiner Bewerbungsunterlagen und evtl. einem darin enthaltenen Bewerbungsfoto noch nichts von dir gesehen haben, solltest du dir in jedem Fall im Vorfeld Gedanken über deine Kleidung machen. 
    * Du könntest direkt einen schlechten Eindruck hinterlassen bevor das Gespräch überhaupt erst begonnen hat, wenn du falsch gekleidet bist. 
    * Je nachdem wie deine Wahl ausfällt könnte es zeigen, dass du nicht zum Arbeitgeber passt oder dir keine Gedanken gemacht hast bzw. keinen großen Wert auf das Gespräch gelegt hast. Denn deine Kleidung gehört zu deinem äußeren Erscheinungsbild und könnte deinen eigenen Anspruch und deine Stellung zum Unternehmen widerspiegeln. 
    * Der Dresscode sollte also so gewählt werden, dass er zu der Branche passt, du dich aber trotzdem darin wohlfühlst. 
    * Falls du dich bei einem Start-Up vorstellst, wird die richtige Kleidungswahl vermutlich eher Casual und weniger eine strengere Business-Kleidung sein. In traditionelleren Großkonzernen wärst du in jedem Fall underdressed, wenn du keine Business-Kleidung trägst.
    * Im Zweifelsfall solltest du dich immer für mehr, also für formellere Kleidung, als für weniger entscheiden. 
    * Beispiele für die Kleidungswahl bei Frauen: Bluse und Rock, schlichtes Kleid, Blazer, Ballerina/Pumps, Accessoires wenn dann ganz dezent halten, Haare können offen, als Zopf oder Dutt getragen werden. Bei Männern: Jackett, Hemd, Stoffhose oder dunkle Jeanshose, Lederschuhe, Accessoires können Krawatte, Uhr, Ring sein. Haare und Bart gepflegt.
* **Mach dir im Vorfeld Gedanken zu deinen Gehaltsvorstellungen:**
	* Falls die Angabe der Gehaltsvorstellung in der Stellenausschreibung noch nicht gewünscht war, kann es vor allem im Zweit- oder Drittgespräch der Fall sein, dass das Thema im Gespräch angesprochen wird. 
    * Um deine Gehaltsvorstellungen zu bekräftigen kannst du deine bisherigen Erfahrungen und Fähigkeiten als Stütze verwenden.
    * Informiere dich im Vorhinein bei kununu.com oder glassdoor.de zu den Gehaltsstrukturen des Unternehmens 
    * Sehr wichtig: lass dich nicht direkt auf das Minimum ein! Setz dir vor dem Gespräch ein genaues Gehalt fest, bei welchem du in keinem Fall drunter liegen willst und kannst. 
    * Trau dich zu verhandeln! Sei selbstbewusst aber nicht überheblich. Bedenke, du wurdest von allen Bewerbern zu einem Gespräch eingeladen, du bringst also mehr mit als du vielleicht denkst, verkauf dich nicht unter Wert.

Sekarang saatnya jangan panik, Anda telah meyakinkan kami dalam proses lamaran dengan persiapan dokumen Anda, pengetahuan/keterampilan dan kepribadian Anda. Sekarang penting bagi Anda meluangkan waktu untuk mempersiapkan wawancara dan itulah sebabnya  kami ingin mendukung Anda!

Wawancara kerja semuanya berlangsung dengan cara yang hampir sama. Wawancara dapat dibagi menjadi 6 bagian  dan  Anda mempersiapkannya dengan sangat baik.

#### Proses khas wawancara kerja:

1. **Bagian: obrolan ringan singkat – kira-kira 5 - 10 menit**
	* Setelah kedatangan Anda akan ada sambutan singkat.
	* Setiap orang yang terlibat secara singkat memperkenalkan diri mereka dengan nama.
	* Anda akan ditanya apakah Anda tiba dengan selamat dan menemukan semuanya dengan mudah , Anda akan ditanya kesehatan   Anda dan apakah  yang ingin Anda minum

2. **Bagian: Mengenal satu sama lain melalui presentasi singkat perusahaan – sekitar 10 – 15 menit**
	* Pewawancara/Manajer SDM memperkenalkan dirinya dan orang-orang yang terlibat dalam wawancara.
	* Perusahaan, proyek, budaya kerja dan data umum disajikan.
	* Posisi yang diiklankan  beserta persyaratannya bagi pelamar dirangkum kembali secara singkat.

3. **Bagian: Sekarang giliran Anda: Presentasi diri – kira-kira 10 – 15 menit**
	* Karir akademik; Jika Anda mendekati akhir studi Anda, akan menarik untuk mengetahui kapan Anda dijadwalkan untuk lulus dan siap untuk bekerja.
	* Karir profesional sebelumnya dan pengalaman di posisi Anda sebelumnya yang mungkin relevan dengan posisi yang Anda lamar
	* Tonggak penting dan proyek yang sukses dikerjakan
	* Pengalaman dan kekuatan yang relevan dengan posisi tersebut

4. **Bagian: Menguji soft & hard skill Anda melalui pertanyaan – kira-kira 10 – 15 menit**
	* Pertanyaan tentang konten dan persyaratan pekerjaan
	* Pertanyaan tentang pengetahuan dan pengalaman Anda
	* Pertanyaan tentang perilaku Anda dalam tim dan situasi kritis dalam pekerjaan sehari-hari
	* Pertanyaan tentang ekspektasi dan gagasan tentang posisi tersebut
	* Pertanyaan tentang ide pengembangan pribadi

5. **Bagian: Saatnya untuk pertanyaan Anda! – kira-kira 5 – 10 menit**
	* Pertanyaan tentang perusahaan
	* Pertanyaan tentang area/departemen tempat Anda akan bekerja
	* Pertanyaan tentang konstelasi tim
	* Pertanyaan tentang rencana pengembangan pribadi

6. **Bagian: Hampir di akhir: Kesimpulan – kira-kira 5 menit**
	* Terima kasih kepada kedua belah pihak atas wawancaranya 
	* Klarifikasi langkah selanjutnya dan tanggal wawancara kedua
	* Penutup

Sekarang kita telah membagi percakapan menjadi unit-unit percakapan singkat, akan lebih mudah bagi Anda untuk mempersiapkan bagian-bagiannya secara khusus. Penting bagi Anda untuk bersiap menghadapi proses tersebut dan jangan mengharapkan kejutan apa pun selama percakapan.

#### Tip & trik untuk persiapan yang ideal
Agar Anda bisa mempersiapkan diri sebaik mungkin untuk wawancara kerja, kami telah menyiapkan beberapa tips dan trik untuk Anda:

* Lihat lagi iklan pekerjaan:
	* Karena Anda akan ditanyai pertanyaan tentang pengetahuan yang dibutuhkan dan Anda juga akan menjelaskan  kekuatan dan keterampilan Anda yang berhubungan  dengan posisi tersebut dalam wawancara, Anda harus melihat kembali iklan pekerjaan sebelum wawancara.
	* Perhatikan lebih detail apa saja persyaratan dan kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan. Di sini Anda dapat memikirkan contoh-contoh pengalaman sebelumnya dari studi Anda atau pekerjaan Anda sebelumnya yang menekankan keterampilan yang sesuai.
	* Mungkin Anda pernah memegang posisi serupa di pekerjaan Anda sebelumnya dan bisa langsung menjelaskannya.
	* Temukan Kualifikasi  apa  yang diperlukan tetapi mungkin belum Anda miliki.
	* Bagi para IT talent: jika diperlukan bahasa pemrograman atau peralatan  yang belum Anda ketahui, sebaiknya cari tahu terlebih dahulu apa saja fungsi peralatan tersebut dan kegunaannya. Jika Anda mengetahui bahasa pemrograman tingkat tinggi serupa lainnya, Anda dapat menekankannya   bahwa ini akan memudahkan Anda mempelajari bahasa baru yang diperlukan pada waktu yang tepat.
* Carilah informasi tentang latar belakang  perusahaan dan karyawannya:
	* Dalam janji temu yang telah Anda tetapkan, biasanya Anda dapat melihat karyawan mana saja yang akan menghadiri janji temu tersebut. Anda dapat mencari  nama-nama tersebut di Internet, mungkin Anda dapat menemukan foto orang-orang tersebut dan, selama wawancara , Anda dapat menyebutkan nama tersebut kepada orang yang tepat sehingga membuat sapaan menjadi lebih pribadi.
	* Karena biasanya pertanyaan yang diajukan adalah mengapa Anda ingin bekerja di perusahaan tersebut, tentunya Anda harus mencari tahu lebih banyak tentang perusahaan tersebut.
	* Informasi tentang perusahaan yang sebaiknya Anda coba cari tahu terlebih dahulu: jumlah dan lokasinya di berbagai tempat (jika memiliki cabang), kantor pusat, jumlah karyawan, layanan dan produk, perkembangan perusahaan, pesaing, nilai dan budaya perusahaan, startup atau sedang bertumbuh ?
	* Ke arah mana perusahaan saat ini ingin berkembang dan mengapa posisi Anda yang diiklankan penting untuk perkembangan ini?
* Persiapkan presentasi diri Anda:
	* Di awal setiap wawancara, Anda memperkenalkan diri secara singkat dengan nama Anda, usia Anda, gelar akademis Anda dan mungkin posisi terakhir Anda di perusahaan sebelumnya serta alasan mengapa Anda melamar posisi tersebut.
	* Pertama, beri tahu kami siapa Anda, berikan latar belakang pendidikan  Anda dan pengalaman profesional terbaru Anda. Anda kemudian  menjelaskan  keterampilan dan kekuatan Anda yang paling penting dan menggunakan itu untuk menunjukkan bagaimana Anda akan memakainya  untuk posisi tersebut.
	* Cobalah untuk menyampaikan ide Anda sebebas dan setenang  mungkin. Tampaknya ini lebih autentik dan lebih percaya diri daripada sebuah teks yang sepertinya hanya dilatih dan dihafal.
* Ketahui dokumen lamaran Anda:
	* Sangat penting bagi Anda untuk mengetahui CV dan surat lamaran Anda saat ini dengan baik. Bacalah keduanya dengan cermat sebelum wawancara agar Anda tidak mencampuradukkan tahapan atau kontradiksi apa pun yang menyusup ke dalam informasi dan pernyataan Anda.
	* Tentu saja, harus jelas bagi Anda bahwa pewawancara  Anda telah membaca dokumen Anda secara lengkap dan menyiapkannya. Mungkin juga mereka memiliki dokumen lamaran Anda dan telah menuliskan pertanyaan langsung tentangnya.
* Bawalah dokumen lamaran Anda ke wawancara:

* Siapkan jawaban atas kemungkinan pertanyaan:
	* Tidak ada yang lebih pasti daripada fakta bahwa manajer SDM akan mengajukan pertanyaan kepada Anda selama wawancara.

Ada baiknya jika Anda bertanya pada diri sendiri apa yang mungkin ingin diketahui oleh pewawancara  Anda.
	* Pada bab berikutnya kami telah menyusun daftar pertanyaan umum yang harus Anda jawab untuk mempersiapkan diri.
* Siapkan pertanyaan untuk diri Anda sendiri:
	* Itu selalu diterima dengan baik dan menunjukkan ketertarikan yang sungguh-sungguh  ketika Anda mengajukan pertanyaan dan ini  menunjukkan bahwa Anda telah mempersiapkan diri dengan baik untuk posisi pekerjaan tersebut dan perusahaan.
	* Anda juga akan terlihat lebih percaya diri jika Anda mengendalikan wawancara dan mengajukan pertanyaan daripada hanya menjawabnya terus-menerus. Inilah cara Anda mendapatkan waktu selama wawancara!
	* Anda juga akan memiliki kesempatan untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut tentang posisi dan harapannya.
	* Pada bab berikutnya kami telah menyusun daftar pertanyaan umum yang harus Anda persiapkan jawabannya untuk mempersiapkan diri Anda.
* Perhatikan dress code dan penampilan Anda:
	* Pepatah “kesan pertama penting” sangat penting dalam sebuah wawancara. Karena manajer SDM belum melihat apa pun tentang Anda selain dokumen lamaran Anda dan mungkin foto lamaran yang terdapat di dalamnya, Anda harus memikirkan pakaian Anda terlebih dahulu.
	* Anda bisa memberikan kesan buruk bahkan sebelum percakapan dimulai jika Anda salah berpakaian. .
	* Tergantung pada pilihan Anda, ini mungkin menunjukkan bahwa Anda tidak cocok untuk perusahaan tersebut atau bahwa Anda tidak memikirkannya atau tidak terlalu mementingkan wawancara  tersebut. Karena pakaian Anda adalah bagian dari penampilan luar Anda dan dapat mencerminkan standar Anda sendiri serta posisi Anda di perusahaan.
	* Dress code sebaiknya dipilih agar sesuai dengan industri namun Anda tetap merasa nyaman memakainya.
	* Jika Anda menampilkan diri Anda di sebuah perusahaan rintisan, pilihan pakaian yang tepat mungkin adalah pakaian bisnis yang lebih kasual dan tidak terlalu ketat. Di perusahaan besar yang lebih tradisional, Anda pasti akan   mengenakan pakaian bisnis.
	* Jika ragu, Anda harus selalu memilih pakaian yang lebih banyak, yaitu pakaian yang lebih formal, daripada yang lebih sedikit.
	* Contoh pilihan pakaian untuk wanita: blus dan rok, gaun sederhana, blazer, sepatu/pump ballerina, aksesoris jika disimpan dengan sangat hati-hati, rambut bisa terbuka, dikepang atau disanggul. Untuk pria: jaket, kemeja, celana panjang atau jeans berwarna gelap, sepatu kulit, aksesoris bisa berupa dasi, jam tangan, cincin. Rambut dan janggutnya terawat.
* Pikirkan ekspektasi gaji Anda sebelumnya:
	* Jika ekspektasi gaji tidak disebutkan dalam iklan lowongan pekerjaan, mungkin saja pada wawancara kedua atau ketiga, topik tersebut akan dibahas .
	* Untuk memperkuat ekspektasi gaji Anda, Anda dapat menggunakan pengalaman dan keterampilan Anda sebelumnya sebagai pendukung.
	* Cari tahu terlebih dahulu tentang struktur/besaran gaji perusahaan di kununu.com atau glassdoor.de
	* Sangat penting: jangan langsung tetapkan upah mimimum! Sebelum wawancara, tetapkan gaji yang tepat, bukan yang anda tidak inginkan atau bahkan di bawahnya. .
	* Berani bernegosiasi! Percaya diri tapi tidak sombong. Ingat, Anda diundang ke wawancara dari semua pelamar, jadi Anda membawa lebih banyak hal daripada yang Anda kira, jadi jangan meremehkan diri Anda sendiri.
