You will have a huge impact on the way we operationalize our warehouse employee experience. We provide our employees with the knowledge, support, and answers they need for Flink to be successful. You will stand accountable together with our second Zendesk Specialist for our systems and collaborate with key stakeholders to set them up for success.</p></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Job Description</h2></div><div><ul><li>Configure and optimize internal system integrations, workflows and reports</li><li>Find creative ways to continuously automate and optimize our processes</li><li>Contribute to our tool strategy by evaluating existing and future tools.
