Welcome to Bosch.</strong></p><p>The Robert Bosch GmbH is looking forward to your application!</p></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Job Description</h2></div><div><ul><li>Join our cross-functional team and oversee the design and optimization of user interfaces and workflows for B2C processes, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience for both customers and internal users.</li><li>You conduct user research, usability testing, and persona development to gain insights into user behavior, preferences, and pain points.</li><li>Additionally, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements, prioritize features, and create user stories and journey maps.</li><li>You will also advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the organization, and mentor colleagues on UX methodologies and techniques.</li><li>Furthermore, you will work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs, and conduct post-launch evaluations to measure usability and effectiveness.</li><li>Last but not least, you stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design, and applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation.</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> above-average university degree (Bachelor's degree) in the area of Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Change Management, Communications, Design, UX or comparable and will have the firm intention to take up a Master's course thereafter</li><li><strong>Experience and Knowledge:</strong> excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for user needs</li><li><strong>Personality and Working Practice: </strong>empathetic and customer-focused, with a passion for understanding user needs and solving complex problems through design, creative and innovative thinker; collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to build consensus and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders; adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li><li><strong>Enthusiasm:</strong> excitement for leveraging design to drive business impact and improve the lives of our customers and users</li><li><strong>Languages:</strong> fluent in written and spoken English and German, additional languages welcome</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p>The Bosch <a href="https://www.bosch.de/karriere/dein-einstieg/absolventinnen-und-absolventen/premaster-program/">PreMaster Program</a> is a two-stage qualification program for committed Bachelor graduates who have the goal of completing a Master's degree. After the bachelor's degree, the first phase offers up to 12 months (gap year) of practical experience to get to know the technical and entrepreneurial contexts. The second phase covers the Master's degree and includes further events and seminars as well as support through personal mentoring on the way to a successful degree.</p><p>We offer flexible working models like mobile working.
