<div>Customer Success Engineering is a vital part of our Customer Success organization, leading clients to utilize our state-of-the-art technical capabilities for their best success. For our SaaS Management Platform product, we are looking for a Customer Success Engineer who would drive our thought-leadership both inside and outside the team.
At LeanIX, you’d have the chance to leverage your consulting skills – as a game-changer for our customers and as an advocate both inside &amp; outside the company. In all areas, you aim to represent LeanIX’s technical leadership and to incubate new capabilities to the product. You are self-driven, with strong motivation for finding the right technical solution for the given business context. 
Customer Success Engineering - SMP (f/m/d) based in Europe (preferred Germany, Netherlands, Slovenia, France)
WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?
<ul>
<li>Be a trusted advisor for all aspects around our SaaS Management Platform product</li>
<li>Take over responsibility post-sales to drive customers to success in close interaction with the Customer Success Management team</li>
<li>Ensure enterprise-ready support in close interaction with the technical support team</li>
<li>Support pre-sales team by providing technical expertise to gain trust and confidence of prospective clients’ technical decision makers</li>
<li>Work closely with our product team to enhance our offerings</li>

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
<ul>
<li>1+ years of experience with Public Cloud Environment (Azure/AWS/GCP)</li>
<li>Knowledge on SaaS management practices (optimisation opportunity, renewals life-cycle, etc)</li>
<li>Knowledge on Business Processes (financial systems, contract management, etc)</li>
<li>Willingness to inspire our customers with great solutions to help solve their challenges and answer their questions</li>
<li>Good to have: 1+ years of experience using golang</li>
