Welcome to Bosch.</strong></p><p>The Bosch Thermotechnik GmbH is looking forward to your application!</p></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Job Description</h2></div><div><ul><li>In our team, you will be responsible to maintain and assure compliance with material and environmental legislation<strong> </strong>within our electric solutions business with products like heat pumps, ventilation mechanisms and photovoltaic.</li><li>You ensure the environmental sustainability of our products by coordinating DfE related activities inside the electric business processes to achieve the company targets with the right documentation and quality.</li><li>Furthermore, you promote DfE by raising awareness for legal requirements and sustainability targets.</li><li>Your focus will be on material compliance with a follow up on the DfE-related legal requirements and how they affect our business.</li><li>You will be an active member of projects in product development and maintenance to ensure material compliance (MC process) including material check, evaluations and reporting of material compliance and you support the interpretation of legal requirements.</li><li>Last but not least, you will support the development with the introduction of new tools and processes in the business area together with cooperation and standardization on central level for DfE community.</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><ul><li><strong>Education</strong>: Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar</li><li><strong>Personality</strong>: pro-active, hands-on and able to manage complex topics<strong> </strong></li><li><strong>Working Practice: </strong>self-organized, structured and analytic manner</li><li><strong>Experience and Knowledge</strong>: in the area of DfE and in a cross-functional set-up, knowledge in material compliance related legal requirements (for example RoHS, REACH, WEEE, packaging directives, etc.) as well as international working experience is beneficial</li><li><strong>Enthusiasm:</strong> willingness to travel within Europe (about 20%)</li><li><strong>Languages:</strong> excellent in English written and spoken, German is a plus</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p>Diversity and inclusion are not just trends for us but are firmly anchored in our corporate culture.
