To achieve this ambitious goal, rules and best practices for teams, roles, responsibilities as well as processes need to be applied.</li><li>In this thesis, you will be responsible for developing a conceptual framework that provides best practices for the data-driven organization regarding these topics.</li><li>You will conduct a review of existing research in the literature and in our organization, and extract key factors that contribute to the success of data-driven teams by conducting research, including interviews, or a case study.</li><li>Further, provide recommendations on how to improve our organization's data-driven capabilities and what best practices should be implemented in data-driven teams.</li><li>Last but not least, you will create a concept on how to implement your findings, taking into account the specifics in our organization.</li></ul><p>#LI-DNI</p></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><ul><li><strong>Education: </strong>studies in the field of Business Informatics, Business Administration, Management, Organizational Behavior or comparable</li><li><strong>Experience and Knowledge: </strong>in-depth knowledge of digitalization and familiarity with data driven organizations, experience in working with different stakeholders in the company</li><li><strong>Personality and Working Practice: </strong>analytical thinking, solution-oriented, good communication skills, independent</li><li><strong>Languages:</strong> fluent in English, fluent in German is an advantage</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p><strong>Start:</strong> according to prior agreement<br>
