In this role, you are accountable for driving a partnership with data driven business functions in Trading, Risk &amp; Finance, Back Office, Energy Management in a quest to grasp benefits from digitalisation, and to strengthen key business enabling capabilities required to realise Statkraft’s ambition.</p><p>You can be located either at the Head Office in Lilleaker, Oslo, Norway or in Düsseldorf, Germany, reporting to the Head of Global Markets &amp; Asset Digitalisation Partner. The role will focus on business analytical activities for our central Market &amp; fundamental data Platform serving market data &amp; business data storage in Microsoft Azure Synapse Analytics:</p><ul><li>You will be responsible for activities in the interface between the business and IT for our central Market &amp; fundamentals data platform and have a key role in ensuring an excellent customer experience by translating business needs to concrete IT solutions</li><li>You will work closely with the business areas, understanding their core business and processes, and bringing the resources of Statkraft IT to deliver the best possible solutions for business challenges and opportunities  </li><li>You will create awareness to and introduce digitalisation opportunities from new technologies</li><li>You will support the business users to leverage opportunities from the data platform we have started to put in place in the last 3 years</li><li>You will develop and coordinate concrete initiatives from idea to execution</li><li>You will be a team player collaborating closely with both the technology teams and business teams</li><li>You will support in continuously strengthening our way of working and optimizing our processes</li><li>You will be responsible for business QA test management coordination</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><p>We are looking for candidates who are high performing individuals with drive and a clear “can do” attitude. The right candidate has a deep interest, motivation and experience in leading business critical IT and digitalisation activities. You acknowledge the importance of change management and are motivated by collaborating with skilled colleagues to reach ambitious goals. </p><ul><li>Higher relevant education at university level and several years’ work experience </li><li>Work experience from consulting companies or similar roles in global industrial or energy companies is highly relevant as is experience from digitalisation work within commodity/banking/insurance from the trading, risk, finance area or energy management ar</li><li>Strong communication skills and talent for building network and trusted relationships is a necessity</li><li>Fluent in English - verbal and written communication </li><li>Profound knowledge of market data, publication and sourcing</li><li>Ability to connect the dots between business needs and IT solutions, and communicate with both end users on the business side and technology specialists in IT </li><li>Skilled process driver with mindset to plan and structure work to ensure high quality solutions with deliveries from many involved parties across different teams </li><li>Interest and understanding for the opportunities enabled by digitalisation trends and technologies, e.g., cloud, data platforms, process automation, and user experiences</li><li>Continuous improvement mindset and experience from optimizing deliveries related to a product.
