<h2>Aufgaben</h2>
<h4>Your tasks – this is what awaits you in detail</h4>
<ul>
<li>Lead, develop and challenge our growing IT Security Team providing knowledge, inspiration, and motivation as well as guidance; you report to the CISO</li>
<li>Develop and implement a holistic, sustainable, and scalable Cloud Security Architecture with the relevant Tech and Product Teams</li>
<li>Orchestrate and drive initiatives within the team and across the Tech &amp; Product organization</li>
<li>You drive the IT Security team towards  <ul>
<li>Enabling stakeholders with knowledge, processes and tooling to ensure product security  </li>
<li>Handling and investigating security events and incidents in a timely manner  </li>
<li>Automating our daily security operations to allow us to focus on things that matter  </li>
<li>Continuous support improvement to protect our overall company security posture</li>

<li>You have worked in cross-functional product teams / organizations and bring a vast experience in secure engineering of scalable web applications and databases in Cloud environments</li>
<li>You possess a strong sense of ownership, passion and drive which brings energy to the room</li>
<li>Your communication skills are on point</li>
<li>You either already have experience in management and building successful teams or even more motivation to learn and grow into people management</li>
<li>You are a natural go-to-person within your organization by mentoring other colleagues and helping them grow and succeed</li>
<li>You are willing to go the extra mile to make your team successful, you give honest feedback, and are able to discuss, commit and execute</li>
