<div><section><div><p></p><h2>Job Description</h2></div><div><p>We are currently looking for a skilled &amp; passionate (<strong>Junior)</strong> <strong>Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)</strong> to become part of one of our Commerce Tech Enabling Team at ABOUT YOU!</p><p>Our <strong>Commerce Tech Enabling Team</strong> is responsible to ensure efficient and smooth system solutions to handle our commerce business of all our ABOUT YOU shops in the different countries which we operate in. With a great sense for business and deep knowledge of the SCAYLE Engine Systems they build E2E solutions together with the commerce product development teams to enable our ambitious growth plans.</p><p> </p><p><strong>What you will do</strong></p><ul><li>Manage the implementation of new business models or features impacting multiple systems of our system landscape</li><li>Challenge business requirement to minimize technical complexity while maintaining business value</li><li>Prepare management decisions by creating transparency about challenges and possible solution options</li><li>Work closely together with our IT system / product teams with clear guidance regarding cross-system solutions and requirements towards the team </li><li>Steer E2E testing together with the product teams and high motivation to get yourself involved wherever needed / possible </li><li>Lots of space for your own ideas and creations, flat hierarchies and very short decision making process</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Who you are</strong></p><ul><li>Completed studies in business informatics or a comparable course of study </li><li>2 years work experience with software development teams e.g. IT project management or business analysis</li><li>Structured, reliable, and analytical with an eye for details</li><li>Able to grasp new topics fast and break down complex problems</li><li>Data driven mindset </li><li>Comfortable working in an English-speaking &amp; agile environment</li></ul><p>Nice to have: </p><ul><li>Knowledge in Python</li><li>Good knowledge of databases such as MySQL</li><li>eCommerce experience</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>YOU ARE THE CORE OF ABOUT YOU. </strong></p><p>We take responsibility for creating an inclusive and exceptional environment where all genders, nationalities and ethnicities feel welcomed and accepted exactly as they are.
