You will be directly responsible for impacting the company’s growth, profitability and strategic direction.</p><p><strong>Key activities that you will be managing:</strong></p><ul><li>You are responsible for the expansion of our economic and sustainable <strong>pipeline of solar, wind and storage projects</strong> in the green and brownfield sector in the regions of <strong>Brandenburg, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia.</strong></li><li>You develop and manage new and existing <strong>project development partnerships</strong> for us.</li><li>You work on <strong>Mergers &amp; Acquisitions</strong> projects.</li><li>You build up a resilient <strong>network with relevant players</strong> in your region.</li><li>You access a network of internal and external experts and <strong>coordinate the project team</strong> from the first idea to the handover of the project to the project management.</li><li>You evaluate the <strong>feasibility of your projects</strong> with regard to the political and planning law situation. You convince citizens, communities, authorities and planning authorities of your project and represent it to the respective bodies.</li><li>You have your finger on the pulse of time and are interested in <strong>innovative business models</strong> such as storage or Agri-PV.</li></ul><p>For this position we do have our Düsseldorf Office (Headquarter Germany), Berlin or the option the work remotely.</p></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><p>We are looking for relevant professional expertise in the following areas:</p><ul><li><strong>Development</strong> – Deep understanding of ‘greenfield’ development process for wind, solar and BESS projects in Germany. Good knowledge of associated business development.</li><li><strong>Management</strong> – Experience in managing complex projects and teams on large scale utility size projects.</li><li><strong>Energy Markets</strong> – Profound knowledge of the electricity market in Germany</li><li><strong>Corporate Environment</strong> –Accustomed to work in an international corporate environment with very good interpersonal and communication skills.</li></ul><p>Our profile description contains a variety of different competencies that are relevant for the position.
