Welcome to Bosch.</strong></p><p>The Robert Bosch GmbH is looking forward to your application!</p></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Job Description</h2></div><div><ul><li>As an Analog RF ASIC Layout Engineer you implement state-of-the-art analog and RF layouts in small node semiconductor-processes for Automotive ASICs and gather all technical requirements.</li><li>You will be responsible for providing the analog layout on schedule in accordance with various specifications and you will carry out all necessary process steps such as layout creation, developing PCell concepts and their implementation, checks and documentation.</li><li>Part of your task portfolio will also be to check the documents provided by the semiconductor vendors and derive measures for the ASIC-Layout. You develop complete solution concepts for complex PCells and implement them, as well as participate in advanced engineering development for future generations.</li><li>In addition, you are responsible for using, improving and providing layout tools as well as PCells that can be used in a wide range of S/C processes, mainly small nodes, with the objective to achieve a high level of quality, including documentation and training.</li><li>You are part of an international ASIC development team for innovative automotive applications.
