<div><h1>Your mission</h1><p></p><p>As GotPhoto continues to grow, so does our Engineering practice. We're building a lot of new things, and this is an opportunity to build a great remote work culture, whilst scaling our existing and new Engineering teams.</p><br><p>This won't be a hands-on engineering role. You may work with your team and with our product team on some architectural or planning decisions, However, the core of this role will be managing your team, ensuring a constant high level of the teams’ health and creating an environment people love to work in.</p><br><h1>Your role</h1><p></p><p>You'll be supporting your team/s, advancing their development and mastery of their skills as Software Engineers. You'll close the gaps in the teams through up-skilling of existing Engineers and hiring for into the team/s as we grow. You will help the team/s to define their processes, to increase productivity and alignment on their work.
