Please avoid including your picture, age, and marital status in your CV. <br> <br>Learn more about our culture and D&amp;I journey  </p><br><h1>What you'll do</h1><p></p><ul><li>Act as a mentor, coach, and disciplinary lead to a team of 3 UX/UI Designers</li><li>Define and continuously improve our design processes</li><li>Manage both internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Take ownership of our Design System, Style Guide, and any other Design Artifacts</li><li>Develop the skills of your team and improve their confidence, product knowledge, and ability to follow best practices</li></ul><br><h1>What you bring to the table</h1><p></p><ul><li>Several years of experience as a UX / UI Designer or Information Architect, including experience managing design teams</li><li>Your portfolio which includes examples of your work, a description of your favorite projects, and value creation process</li><li>Problem-solving skills, an investigative mentality, and a proactive nature-committed to delivering solutions</li><li>Good knowledge of best practices methodologies concerning User Research, Usability, Testing, and Optimization Approaches</li><li>Practical experience creating prototypes / click dummies with industry leading software such as Figma, Invision, Axure, or Adobe XD, and a solid understanding of how modern web applications work using HTML and CSS</li><li>Very good verbal and written English skills</li></ul><br><h1>Perks at work</h1><p></p><ul><li><strong>LucaFlex</strong> – We enable you to determine your work schedule and location according to your needs</li><li><strong>Mobile Work</strong> – Sometimes a change of scenery can boost creativity and productivity.
