Together, we manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and transportation service providers, around the world. We use KPIs and reporting systems to coordinate and monitor the daily flow of goods and to continuously develop and adapt our existing logistics network and infrastructure. We take care of all logistics services for our warehouse network, all transport services and, of course, the packaging materials used. We do not focus on individual areas, but pursue a universal approach: we face the operational challenge and develop strategic recommendations for action.
