We take pride in understanding our customers’ needs and offering the right solution.</p></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Job Description</h2></div><div><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>SAP CRM technical expert will work closely with the business and solution teams to translate business requirements and user stories into high quality functional design documents that can be delivered by the solution teams to ensure the best user experience possible for customers.</li><li>Good Knowledge of SAP CRM Customer interaction center Business Processes, Service Business Processes, ERMS functionality and Integration Knowledge.</li><li>Analyze and refine requirements for delivering the necessary features and functionalities in SAP C4HANA</li><li>Good working knowledge on one order framework including API’s. ABAP Objects, Workflows, BAPIs, BADIs, Report programming, Data Migration</li><li>Develop user stories including appropriate acceptance criteria and testing requirements Conduct Sprint Demos with business stakeholders to ensure developed solutions satisfy the business requirements.</li><li>Management of the design and requirement gathering workshops with the customer.</li><li>CRM Web UI Framework including Component Workbench hands on experience, Enhancement Framework in CRM with AET, EEWB, Structural Enhancements etc., Hands-On experience in BOL-GENIL programming.</li><li>Refining customer requirements in terms of features, user stories, and acceptance criteria to prepare for future sprints.</li><li>Run the workshops and training sessions</li><li>Ensuring excellent communication and collaboration between all internal and external teams</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><p><strong>Education:</strong> Engineering degree</p><p><strong>Work Experience &amp; Know How / Skills:</strong> </p><ul><li>In depth knowledge of CRM business processes</li><li>Experience in conducting requirements gathering workshops and solution design</li><li>Experience in solution designing of Customer Interaction center (CIC)</li><li>Experience in creation of Org structure, Material and customer data</li><li>Exposure to Integration set up with various SAP and non-SAP systems</li><li>Experience in customizing and tailoring the reports as per customer requirements</li><li>Exposure to SAP CRM implementation methodology and deployment options</li></ul><p><strong>General Expectations:</strong></p><ul><li>Good explore to SAP project life cycle.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers</li><li>Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)</li><li>Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service</li><li>10-12 years of SAP CRM implementation/Roll out project experience</li></ul><p><strong>Personality &amp; Working Method:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate efficiently</li><li>Clear &amp; crisp email writing</li><li>Clear communications</li></ul><p><strong>Language: good in English communications both written &amp; verbal</strong></p></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p>Time working in Stuttgart Office: 50%<br> Time working Onsite: 50%</p><p>Apply now in just 3 minutes!</p></div></section></div>
