With our product solutions and services, we enable vehicle manufacturers and suppliers to develop, operate and secure differentiating vehicle software with increased efficiency.</p><p><strong>ETAS GmbH</strong> is looking forward to your application!</p></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Job Description</h2></div><div><ul><li>Building high-performing &amp; self-organized teams and ensure continuous improvement at team and program level</li><li>Close collaboration with Product owners to maximize the value and efficiency in the teams</li><li>Coach the product owners and the team to understand and apply “customer centricity” and “system thinking”</li><li>Measure and Improve team’s workflow and remove team impediments</li><li>Support Release Train Engineer (RTE) in process optimization on ART-level and preparation of ART activities e.g. PI-planning, system demos, problem solving workshops etc..</li><li>Facilitate scrum events and cross-team workshops and meetings with teams in different time zones</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><ul><li>Advanced know-how on agile &amp; lean working methods e.g. SAFe, Scrum, Kanban (certified SAFe Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Master CSM) in software development</li><li>Experience with using and configuration of collaboration Tools e.g. Jira and Confluence</li><li>Strong ability to work in a team (empathy, active listener, transparent, open to feedbacks)</li><li>Strong problem solving, communication, organization, team building &amp; coaching skills</li><li>Strong mindset for continuous improvement and efficiency</li><li>Advanced English and German skills</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p>You want to work remotely or part-time - we offer great opportunities for mobile working as well as different part-time models.
