From benefits to learning, location to leadership, we’ve rethought and recreated every aspect of the employee experience at Palo Alto Networks.  And because it FLEXes around each individual employee based on their individual choices, employees are empowered to push boundaries and help us all evolve, together.</p></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Job Description</h2></div><div><p><strong>Your Impact</strong></p><ul><li>Work with sales, marketing, product management, customers, and additional teams to promote and bring innovation to the security space via Cortex XSIAM</li><li>Support sales processes, POCs, and discussions with prospective customers</li><li>Provide short term support for large customers if technical escalations are needed</li><li>Coordinate and lead ambitious projects in a multi-functional capacity with other teams</li><li>Write and create high-quality customer facing, partner facing, and sales facing collateral and presentations</li><li>Attend trade shows to educate employees and partners on core product differences and advantages</li><li>Build positive relationships both internally and externally to ensure a daring edge, always staying ahead of the competition</li><li>Work closely with Product Managers and provide product feedback for future development</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><p><strong>Your Experience</strong></p><ul><li>At least 4 years of SIEM experience, including -<ul><li>Deep understanding of how SIEMs works</li><li>Experience in creating custom collections and data parsing</li><li>Experience in creating complex correlation rules, reports and dashboard</li><li>Experience in integration and implementation of SIEMs</li></ul></li><li>Experience in building SOC workflows</li><li>Experience in incident response</li><li>Nice to have - Experience working with EDR tools</li><li>Experience in project management and supporting large enterprise networks</li><li>Experience with scripting </li><li>Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills with strong presentation abilities </li><li>Strong customer advocacy skills and experience, ability to work in difficult customer situations</li><li>Experience with production lab or data center experience with application staging and maintenance a plus</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p><strong>The Team</strong></p><p>We’re a fast-growing, immensely successful organization because of our people and products (built and supported by our people).
