To learn more about them, you can find our values <a href="https://de.scalable.capital/values-principles">here</a> (English).</p></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Job Description</h2></div><div><ul><li>Build and operate Scalable’s core back office platform - the Agent Tool - which is used by experts in Client Success, Operations, Capital Markets and other teams.</li><li>The Agent Tool provides a wide set of business critical functionality and is built with a special focus on usability, auditability and permissioning.</li><li>Own the product development process end-to-end and coordinate all relevant stakeholders, especially our inhouse engineering, client success, and operations teams.</li><li>Act as the proxy between Agent Tool users and domain teams.</li><li>Design secure and efficient workflows and processes to continuously improve the serviceability of our client base.
