Our agile mindset and working culture are a key driver of digital transformation at Bosch and gives both our associates and their ideas room to grow. </p><ul><li>As Operations Lead you are responsible for developing, implementing, and managing operations processes to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.</li><li>You oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of our Cloud Big Data Platform product, ensuring that systems, services, and infrastructure are running reliably and securely.</li><li>Driving industrialization of manufacturing and logistic cloud based platforms through further automation of deployment, configuration, upgrade and maintenance processes is part of your work.</li><li>Your tasks include implementing continued process improvement and re-engineer processes to increase performance, while also driving further development of (cost) monitoring, logging, and alerting functionalities as well as testing and deployment of new platform features</li><li>You take over responsibility for testing and evaluating new product features in close alignment with project stakeholders, internal customers, and vendors.</li><li>Furthermore, you lead the deep dive and root cause analyses to identify operational gaps and develop recommendations for solutions while also contributing to strategic initiatives and projects to drive internal quality and efficiency metrics in collaboration with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Lastly, you consult internal customers on technical level regarding tool selection, code quality, connectivity topics and workload performance.</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><ul><li><strong>Education: </strong>completed university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related fields</li><li><strong>Experience: </strong>experience in leading a team, also on a personal level; experience with Microsoft Azure ecosystem (e.g. Azure Services, Azure CLI, Azure DevOps, Databricks); working on larger projects, including multiple customers and international teams; cloud or infrastructure operations (hands-on)</li><li><strong>Knowledge of: v</strong>ersion control tools (e.g. GIT, Bitbucket) and CI/CD pipeline tools (e.g. Azure DevOps); IT monitoring and logging techniques and relevant technology stack (e.g. Grafana); (ideally) of one scripting language (e.g. Bash or Python); cloud security is advantageous; process improvement methods</li><li><strong>Personality: </strong>communicative, flexible, motivated, team player</li><li><strong>Working Practice: </strong>goal-oriented, able to work in dynamic environment, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills</li><li><strong>Enthusiasm: </strong>ability to move easily between conceptual and implementation levels</li><li><strong>Languages: </strong>good written and spoken German and English</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p>You want to work remotely or part-time - we offer great opportunities for mobile working as well as different part-time models or job-sharing.
