We are looking for a highly experienced Senior .NET Developer Data Migration (d/f/m) with a passion for making a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry. This is a great opportunity for highly experienced Software Engineers to take prominent roles within our Data Migration team and help us meaningfully change how healthcare works. As a member of our data migration team, you'll:<ul><li>be at the forefront of building and expanding our Data Migration pipelines to improve the onboarding process for our customers.&nbsp;</li><li>You'll collaborate with business stakeholders and use your expertise in writing clean code using design principles and common development tools such as Git and Docker.</li></ul> At doctorly, we value creativity and innovation, and your ability to improve and change the way we work is part of our culture. Our first goal - reducing the administrative overhead for German doctors and enabling integration within German healthcare by providing doctors with modern, easy to use and highly optimised software to manage their entire practice.Beyond that we'll be building apps for patients and healthcare professionals as well as an open platform to enable integration across the entire healthcare industry. <h4>Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Your responsibility will be to take ownership of analysis and backend development of the Data Migration applications working within your team and collaborating with other teams.&nbsp;</li><li>Design, implement, and expand data pipelines by performing extraction, transformation, and loading activities.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Work closely with our product owners, developers, DevOps, and QA in our cross-functional teams.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Being an active team member who takes ownership and contributes actively to delivering correct, and high-quality Data Migrations to our customers.</li><li>Ensure that the Data Migration architecture is scalable and maintainable.</li><li>Continuously work to improve our application, code quality, and processes.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Analyse and investigate data to identify potential issues with migrations and propose adequate solutions.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Supporting your teammates with their work.</li><li>Document your work.</li></ul> <h4>Requirements</h4><ul><li>At this stage, we're only accepting applicants in the time zones SAST (South Africa) and CET (Germany).</li><li>Expert level experience with fundamental backend technologies - C#, .NET framework (Core), as well as related tooling.</li><li>Significant experience with Entity Framework (especially EF-Core) and understanding of relational databases.</li><li>Significant SQL knowledge especially PostgreSQL.</li><li>Knowledge of data modeling principles and the ability to understand new data tools and concepts quickly</li><li>Very comfortable using Git in a team environment and have practical experience with Merge Requests, Branches, resolving conflicts, etc.</li><li>High attention to detail</li><li>Passionate about complex data structures and problem-solving</li><li>Experience working in a cross-functional team, including working with QA and PO´s as well as code reviews and pair programming.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li></ul> <h4>Nice-To-Haves</h4><ul><li>You´ve worked in a regulated industry esp. healthcare and/or have experience with Data Migrations</li><li>Familiar with design patterns and architectural concepts like API first, SOLID and DDD, CQRS, and REST</li><li>Experience with automated testing (IO, regression, unit, integration, load, etc.)&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of FHIR &amp; HL7 is advantageous</li><li>Familiarity with CI/CD tooling (esp.
