Welcome to Bosch.</strong></p><p>The Robert Bosch GmbH is looking forward to your application!</p></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Job Description</h2></div><div><ul><li>As a development engineer, you will translate the system requirements of our customers into new innovative component concepts for use in the automotive electronics of the future.</li><li>Furthermore, you will be responsible for the development of new power semiconductor components (SiC PowerMOSFET). The planning and execution of experiments to answer technological questions are also part of your portfolio of tasks.</li><li>In addition, you track and control work packages within the development of our SiC technology platforms.</li><li>You coordinate sample setups, electrical characterizations, physical analyses and reliability tests within the scope of product development up to series release.</li><li>The management of further complex development tasks with interfaces to customers, external companies, production and quality assurance is also part of your area of responsibility.</li><li>Last but not least, you will be responsible for product support on the development side after series release.</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> completed university studies (Master/Diploma/PhD) in physics or a comparable course of studies</li><li><strong>Experience and know-how:</strong> knowledge of the physics of semiconductor devices and their characterization; knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, ideally "wide bandgap" (SiC, GaN); relevant experience in the development of "wide bandgap" power semiconductors</li><li><strong>Personality and work style:</strong> independent, coordinative, good communicator, team player</li><li><strong>Enthusiasm:</strong> enjoyment of cross-divisional cooperation in a complex environment</li><li><strong>Languages:</strong> business fluent German and English, written and spoken</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p>You want to work remotely or part-time - we offer great opportunities for mobile working as well as different part-time models or job-sharing.
