Experience is part of the Nets Product and Engineering area. Experience enables Nets Merchant Service to give customers the best and most compelling user experience through innovative products and services by relentlessly working on understanding their businesses, goals, needs and challenges.</p><p>We are looking you as an Release Train Engineer (RTE) to be the servant leader of an Agile Release Train’s (ART) and be responsible of program planning and plan execution.</p><p>We’d love you to be solution oriented while being delivery focused. In addition to that, you should have an extensive understanding of SAFe as framework and how to use tools from it in a constantly evolving environment.</p><p>Your key responsibility as an RTE is to ensure the ART can deliver the program increment plans as committed. In order to be successful as an RTE we are looking you to:  </p><ul><li><strong>Facilitate </strong>the Program level ceremonies</li><li><strong>Lead</strong> and develop the ART’s capabilities thru continuous improvement</li><li><strong>Coach</strong> your colleagues in and around the ART</li><li><strong>Monitor</strong> and report the success of the ART</li><li><strong>Manage</strong> impediments and dependencies thru efficient stakeholder management</li><li><strong>Align</strong> deliveries between ART’s thru efficient communication and close collaboration with your fellow RTE’s</li></ul><p><strong>This role is based in one of our offices  in Eschborn or Copehangen</strong>, but you'll collaborate with colleagues located multiple countries across the globe.</p></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><p>You contribute with skills, motivations and that little personal twist that makes us succeed.</p><p>Your professional skills and experience form most of your qualifications, but it’s also your personality that makes the difference. You'll feel natural in collaborating with your colleagues in and around the ARTs to make sure that you deliver as planned.</p><p>We are looking for a colleague who is a friendly servant leader with solid delivery attitude and the ability to handle multiple parallel development streams. The ideal candidate has established team leadership skills and the ability to coordinate and guide 100+ people (some working on off-shore locations) majority of which do not report directly into her or him.</p><ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience working as an RTE or 3 years of experience as Scrum Master in SAFe environment</li><li>Proven experience in an Agile product engineering organization – preferably in the FinTech industry</li><li>Accredited in relevant systems analysis, development (lean/agile), and/or project management methods</li><li>A SAFe certification is beneficial</li><li>Fluency in English is a must</li><li>Proven results in delivering effectively in high paced environments</li><li>Solid analytical mindset coupled with strong understanding of software engineering, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Good communicator and presenter, at all levels of the organization</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p>At Nets Group, you can actively shape the future of the payment sector.
