<p>For permanent employment with our customer from the electronics sector, we are looking for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer (m/f/x) as soon as possible. Does this sound interesting to you? Then we are looking forward to your application!  </p>
<h2>Tasks:</h2>
<ul>
<li>As Senior Embedded Software Engineer you are an active part of our agile product development team that develops the charging pole</li>
<li>You will develop and test hardware-related functional software for the charge controller and system electronics in C++ and Python</li>
<li>You take technical responsibility for repositories as a code maintainer by contributing to delivery and participating in architecture workshops</li>
<li>You perform code reviews and share your knowledge with other engineers</li>
<li>You ensure the quality of your software through continuous automated testing</li>
<li>You test hardware and software on test racks and push the automation level of our test systems</li>
<li>You drive the hardware development on board level and accompany it into series production</li>
<li>You actively shape our product by specifying technical requirements of our user stories and communicating with our product owner</li>
</ul>
<h2>Skills:</h2>
<ul>
<li>You have a degree in computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification</li>
<li>You have 3+ years of professional experience in software development</li>
<li>You have strong programming skills in C++ and are used to working on Linux systems</li>
<li>You have good programming skills in Python</li>
<li>You have experience in EAGLE or other board tools as well as experience in microelectronics and embedding systems</li>
<li>Coding is your passion and you are familiar with testing, CI/CD, terminal and Git</li>
<li>You enjoy working in an agile team and appreciate an open error culture</li>
<li>You have a dedicated, independent way of working and enjoy dealing with complex, technical issues</li>
<li>You are fluent in English. German is a plus</li>
