The team is always keen on automating as many processes as possible, constantly working on improving our diversified infrastructure.</p><p> </p><p>We take pride in fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment, and we are currently seeking a talented<strong> IT support working student (m/f/d)</strong> to join our team.</p><p><strong>Challenges:</strong></p><ul><li>Automated On- &amp; Offboarding</li><li>Improving AMIT</li><li>Following a self-service approach with a software portal</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, and other IT equipment.</li><li>Provide first-level technical support to employees, addressing hardware and software issues.</li><li>Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets.<br> </li></ul><p><strong>Who you are: </strong></p><ul><li>Currently enrolled as a working student in a relevant IT or Computer Science program.</li><li>Basic understanding of IT concepts and troubleshooting techniques.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.</li><li>Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems.</li><li>Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems is a plus.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>YOU ARE THE CORE OF ABOUT YOU. </strong></p><p>We take responsibility for creating an inclusive and exceptional environment where all genders, nationalities and ethnicities feel welcomed and accepted exactly as they are.
