How It All Started In 2017, a multidisciplinary team of engineers, with vast experience and expertise in the battery industry, formed EcoFlow. Responsible for handling inboundcalls from EcoFlow endconsumers of expandable home battery solution products;2. Handling customer support and technical-support related questions of customers and partners;3. Provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers while maintaining effective communications by adjusting to the pace and technical level of the customer;4. Help customers with information about the products and services, using relevant call handling protocols outlined in the Procedures;5. Responsible for ensuring contact resolution in a timely manner, while maintaining the highest level of quality in every customer interaction;6. Assist customers or escalate service-related issues to the appropriate department in accordance to the client’s processes and procedures;7. Ensure compliance to customer Data Privacy and Security Policy;8. Communicate positively with team members, customers, and other partners. <h2>Skills / Attributes Required</h2>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Technical1. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)2. Computer knowledge including Social Media platforms and Internet3. Technically savvy4. Zendesk (or similar CRM platform) Behavioral1. Customer Care experience at least 6 months;2. Excellent written and verbal communication, positive and enthusiastic personality and approach to work;3. Ability to take right decisions, strong sense of ownership and accountability;4. Organized, accurate, with ability to multi-task, ability to apply creativity to resolving problems;5. Willing to learn new skills and grow with the company Qualifications [EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE]1. Vocational training or bachelor's degree or higher in the field of electronics or electics2. Previous experience in SSC/BPO and Customer Service is a plus3. With or without professional experience in pre and post sales technical support / FAE / training. Languages1. Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently in English at all levels;2.
