In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on executing marketing strategies across various organic and paid channels for diverse portfolio companies.</p> <p>Our Marketing team includes a group of curious, data-driven experts who help our portfolio companies grow their userbase. Join a multinational team of bright individuals and be inspired to grow, innovate, and take responsibility from the get-go.</p> <h2><strong>In this role, you’ll:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Conceive and execute marketing strategies across various growth channels (organic and paid) for diverse portfolio companies with different business models</li> <li>Demonstrate a solid understanding of Growth Marketing channels and platforms, including but not limited to Facebook ads, Google search ads, TikTok ads, Native ads, Snapchat ads, Twitter ads, and YouTube ads</li> <li>Test landing pages and creatives to align with KPIs such as CPO, CPL, CPA, ROI, ROAS, and incrementally</li> <li>Develop innovative account structures and strategies to achieve business goals, evaluate performance through analysis, and create reports to support data-driven actions and hypotheses</li> <li>Liaise and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders (internal and external) about campaign and market development</li> <li>Collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate measurement, tracking, and reporting</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Your Profile</strong></h2> <ul> <li>3-5 years of professional experience in the area of Growth Marketing, ideally in a start-up environment &amp; passion about Growth Marketing in B2C and B2B, in order to understand the opportunities in both areas</li> <li>A very good understanding of Growth Marketing and its different channels and platforms - including any of the following (but not limited to): Facebook ads, Google search ads, TikTok ads, Native ads, Snapchat ads, Twitter ads, YouTube ads etc.</li> <li>Confidence in working with numbers and enjoy analyzing and interpreting data, with a strong ability to implement basic tracking</li> <li>Familiarity with or proficiency in relevant AI and automation technologies</li> <li>Adaptability to fast-paced environments and challenging situations, a fast-learner and hypothesis-driven to set new standards</li> <li>Excellent communication skills - fluent in English and German. Other languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, Danish or Swedish a bonus</li> </ul> <p>Please note that we are looking for support in our Berlinoffice.
