<h2>Your Tasks:</h2>
<p>To continue the trajectory, we are searching for an outstanding manager to lead our global Solutions Architecture and Professional Services teams of ~20 FTE in Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States and France. In this role you develop the strategy of the function as well as manage the daily collaboration with the sales teams and product management. You become a trusted advisor for the top management on cloud technology related decisions. You organize the technical interaction with our largest and most important customers and partners around cloud migrations and setup.</p>
<ul>
<li>Develop the strategy for the solution architecture and professional services function at IONOS.</li>
<li>Help to win new customers by providing best-in-class technical support for the sales teams.</li>
<li>Run well-architectured and cloud maturity assessments for prospects and new customers.</li>
<li>Conceptualize and execute trainings for the salesforce and partners on IONOS cloud services.</li>
<li>Collaborate with product management to launch new services and optimize existing ones.</li>
<li>Support the development of one-to-many formats such as webinars, whitepapers, etc.</li>
<li>Coach your team and support their ongoing development.</li>
<li>Work with the cloud leadership to scale the business.</li>
</ul>
<h2>We Appreciate:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Deep technical knowledge of central cloud technologies and services, esp. IaaS (compute, block/object storage, networking), PaaS (SQL, No-SQL databases, Kubernetes), infrastructure- as-code (API/SDK, Terraform), cloud migrations, application management, security.</li>
<li>High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations, with both technical and non-technical audiences.</li>
<li>Experience in leading and developing teams of senior technology professionals.</li>
<li>Experience in customer-facing technical roles (sales, consultancy, professional services).</li>
<li>Ability to develop strategies, conduct market and cost benefit analysis.</li>
<li>Fluency in English required. Fluency in German beneficial.</li>
