They are on a mission to unlock the vast potential of cross-border supply for the Western Market by providing access to high-quality construction materials at a global scale through their innovative platform. Since its launch in January 2022, the company has successfully served hundreds of companies and generated exponential growth toward profitability.</p> <p>Its distinct competitive advantage lies in its ability to organize the supply chain through digital innovation. Eliminating middlemen and embracing tech-first and AI, it creates a seamless connection between suppliers and buyers. Its proprietary platform technology not only facilitates supply and demand matching but also offers a comprehensive suite of services, including cloud inventory management, fulfillment solutions, and fintech capabilities.</p> <p>Since its inception, the company has been at the forefront of construction material management, helping companies access high-quality materials efficiently and cost-effectively. The platform provides a user-friendly experience that empowers businesses to thrive. The team currently counts 75+ FTEs located across Germany (Berlin HQ), China, and India. The company is on track to achieve profitability and generated triple-digit million GMV.</p> <h2><strong>In this role, you’ll:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Coordinate global transportation of goods and ensure prompt deliveries based on our customer needs</li> <li>Manage communication with third parties to ensure smooth business operations</li> <li>Open new trade lanes by finding new partners across the globe</li> <li>Create strong, reliable, and long-term relationships with our customers through quality work and clear communication</li> <li>Collaborate closely with customer success, procurement, product management, growth, and engineering teams</li> <li>Use cutting-edge technology on Salesforce for logistics management</li> <li>Improve and grow daily on a personal level, push for operational excellence</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Your Profile</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field</li> <li>3-5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management</li> <li>Data-driven with proficiency in using KPIs and CRM systems(Salesforce)</li> <li>Experience optimizing costs while maintaining operational excellence</li> <li>Fluent in French (German is a huge plus!)</li> <li>Scaled logistics operations across different countries</li> <li>Strong commercial mindset</li> <li>Independent, collaborative, and able to take significant responsibility</li> <li>Entrepreneurial and hands-on, fast-paced is in your DNA</li> <li>Strong communicator, comfortable with different stakeholders</li> </ul> <p>Please note that we are looking for support in the <strong>Berlin</strong> office of our portfolio company.
