<div><h2><strong>About the Job</strong></h2> <p>We’re looking for a motivated Operations Manager (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies and support its operations and supply chain management strategies.</p> <p>In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on developing plans to drive business development and operational growth and get the opportunity to contribute to various projects.</p> <p>Join our portfolio company: A German ConTech company focused on reinventing building material procurement processes to overcome supply chain issues. The well-funded startup is led by experienced founders on a mission to uncover the untapped potential of global sourcing.</p> <h2><strong>In this role, you’ll:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business development and operational growth, aligning with the company's overall objectives</li> <li>Identify and engage with potential suppliers and service providers, cultivating strong relationships to drive user acquisition and transaction volume on the platform</li> <li>Collaborate across teams, including growth and product development, to optimise platform performance, enhance user experience, and address operational challenges</li> <li>Analyse data and metrics to assess performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement</li> <li>Support the team in day-to-day operational activities and contribute to the overall success of the business's operations</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Your Profile</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Experience in a highly competitive and fast paced environment such as Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Venture Capital or a high-growth startup</li> <li>Strong analytical and communication skills - have ability to clearly articulate complex subject materials</li> <li>Curious and passionate about hyper growth startups</li> <li>Want to change a traditional industry together with an international team</li> <li>Possess Hands-on mentality</li> <li>Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business or a related field</li> <li>Excellent communication skills in German and English</li> </ul> <p>Please note that we’re looking for support in the <strong>Berlin</strong> office of our portfolio company.
