<div><h1>The Role</h1><p>As LucaNet begin our exciting transformation to a cloud native SaaS platform, we are opening a brand-new Tech Hub in Bucharest to drive the evolution of our Corporate Performance Management<br>product and cement our place as a leader in the industry. Our transformation roadmap is the blueprint to the success of the project and relies on the work of our German and Romanian software engineering teams.<br><br>The HR Administrator will join LucaNet‘s People Operations team, a global function that supports the business with administration and coordination tasks related to areas such as contracts, onboarding and training &amp; development. The team works collaboratively to provide a high level of customer service, following LucaNet and country-specific HR processes to keep the business running smoothly. <br><br>You will report to the People Operations Lead, who is based in Berlin, and have the opportunity to support LucaNet subsidiaries all over the world. The HR Administrator is the 1st point of contact for employee questions and requests, and you will interact with individuals throughout LucaNet on a daily basis via our internal ticketing system.</p><br><h1>Powered by uniqueness</h1><p>Everybody’s different here and we like it that way. Please avoid including your picture, age, and marital status in your CV.<br> <br>Learn more about our culture and D&amp;I journey</p><br><h1>What you'll do</h1><p>Core Responsibilities</p><ul><li>People Administration – maintaining employee records, compliance and payroll information via our HRIS.</li><li>Customer Service – managing the People Service desk channels. You will be the first point of contact for employee enquiries concerning employment, payroll, tax and social security law.</li><li>Employee Lifecycle Support – responsible for operational activities throughout the employee lifecycle by following the appropriate processes. This could include preparing contracts, certificates, references and reports.</li><li>People Team Support – you will collaborate with the wider People team to support associated administrative and organisational tasks.</li><li>Process Improvement – identify opportunities to improve existing People Operations processes, automate where possible to minimise administrative overheads.</li><li>Reporting - creating regular reports to track team and departmental KPIs.</li></ul><br><h1>What you bring to the table</h1><p><strong>HR Administration Experience<br></strong>Performing a variety of HR administration tasks such as contracts preparation, reporting and responding to general employee inquiries. You will receive enquiries and task requests via our Service Desk ticketing system. You will be responsible for assigning these tasks to the relevant team/specialist, or resolving the ticket yourself.<br><br><strong>Customer Service Skills<br></strong>Delivering a high level of customer service to employees and teams. You will receive incoming enquiries via our Service Desk ticketing system, so you must be able to manage<br>multiple concurrent tasks or requests and communicate updates with teams or individuals.<br><br><strong>Attention To Detail<br></strong>Maintaining a high standard of work and attention to detail. You are methodical and organised in your work, and are comfortable dealing with ambiguous situations whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy. This is particularly important when working with country-specific legislation and legal requirements when drafting and updating employment contracts.<br><br><strong>Complex/Global Organisation Experience<br></strong>Previous experience working within complex, multinational organisations. LucaNet is a complex global organisation, and teams are often spread across borders.
