We are looking for Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead our security teams in Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for the information security of a national critical infrastructure. You are part of the leadership team, report directly to the General Manager, and provide strategic advice on the direction of Rakuten Symphony. Responsibilities <ul><li>Grow and lead a team of information security professionals</li><li>Lead the delivery of security requirements, including regulatory compliance, to our customer, 1&amp;1 Mobilfunk</li><li>Define and implement the technical security architecture</li><li>First point of contact with regard to security advisory, assurance, and compliance</li><li>Extend security operations processes and guide the Security Operation Center (SOC)</li><li>Drive change to the organisation’s Information and cyber security systems and processes</li><li>Review and implement new security technologies and practices</li><li>Report to the Rakuten Symphony senior leadership team on IT security risks</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal</li><li>Significant (5+ years) of experience in IT Security Leadership roles</li><li>Proven experience in leading and training security teams</li><li>Strong experience in the field of information security and IT compliance</li></ul>· Very good analytical skills and strong problem-solving skills<ul><li>Ability to handle communication across different stakeholder groups</li><li>Strong presentation skills, able to convey complex concepts to a variety of audience</li><li>Nice to have: Experience in technical areas such as vulnerability management, penetration testing, cloud security, red teaming, cyber risk, security architecture.</li></ul> RAKUTEN SHUGI PRINCIPLESOur worldwide practices describe specific behaviors that make Rakuten unique and united across the world.
