Join our team and help us bring joy, adventure and inspiration to the world.</p></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Job Description</h2></div><div><ul><li><p>Own and optimize product data flows, including tools and services that empower internal stakeholders to efficiently manage our product portfolio</p></li><li><p>Understand our products and customers to continuously refine Product Detail Pages (PDPs) and ensure they are informative and inspiring while driving engagement and supporting key KPIs</p></li><li><p>Enable our Search &amp; Filtering Team with the right product data to improve discoverability of our products and help customers easily find the experiences they seek</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with analysts, the UX/UI team, and stakeholders to turn key ideas into a prioritized, actionable, KPI-driven roadmap that delivers customer and business value</p></li><li><p>Prioritize requirements and refine user stories, ensuring the engineering team has clear goals and acceptance criteria to deliver on</p></li><li><p>Define and maintain your roadmap, balancing business needs, fast value delivery, and technological excellence, while ensuring alignment with other Webshop goals and company objectives</p></li><li><p>You understand, define, and monitor the KPIs, business and technical metrics of your domain so that you can proactively drive the growth scenario and ensure the success of your product domain </p></li><li><p>You will be reporting to our Team Lead Product Webshop </p></li><li><p>We care for our culture: you should be willing to join our nice colleagues in our office twice a week</p></li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><ul><li><p>Experience in e-Commerce or relatable digital industry field and in coordinating complex product development cycles </p></li><li><p>More than 3 years of experience in a Product role coming from a value- and customer-driven environment </p></li><li><p>Willingness to acquire additional system/technical/process knowledge as needed, experience driving scalability of product data structures is a big plus </p></li><li><p>Effective in communication, planning and good coordination skills – keep the overview </p></li><li><p>Good knowledge and proven experience in working with software development teams, preferably in agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban </p></li><li><p>Fluent business communication in English.
