Our agile mindset and working culture are a key driver of digital transformation at Bosch and gives both our associates and their ideas room to grow.</strong> </p><ul><li>In this position you work as an IT solution expert in a high level of motivation and engagement.</li><li>You will be responsible for consulting the Business Leaders in regards to the SAP HCM solution and you define and enhance the scope of the solution.</li><li>In addition, you are responsible for the success of SAP HCM (e.g. quality, cost, scalability) and you orchestrate the work of global IT teams (incl. external service providers).</li><li>Your responsibilities include coordinating projects, further developments and support in SAP HCM.</li><li>Furthermore, you set measues to safeguard high quality of the business critical solution in SAP HCM.</li><li>Last but not least you are responsible for the stakeholder management.</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><ul><li><strong>Education: </strong>completed university studies (master's degree/diploma/PhD) in business informatics, computer science or a comparable subject</li><li><strong>Personality: </strong>communicative, reliable, responsible, confident in appearance </li><li><strong>Working Practice: </strong>self-initiated, goal-oriented, quality-conscious, independent </li><li><strong>Experience: </strong>experience in leading a SAP HCM unit, expertise with mapping business requirements into IT specifications, experience in working in big and critical IT projects and in stakeholder management</li><li><strong>Knowledge: </strong>excellence knowledge of SAP HCM, good understanding of compliance and data security topics</li><li><strong>Languages: </strong>very good communication skills in written and spoken English and German</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p><strong>Apply now in just 3 minutes!<br>
