Join in and feel the difference. </p><p><strong>Work #LikeABosch</strong> </p></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Stellenbeschreibung</h2></div><div><ul><li>Be the go-to expert for all things related to FSL within the Salesforce ecosystem. </li><li>Configure and optimize FSL components, including work orders, service appointments, scheduling, and dispatching. </li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement FSL best practices and ensure alignment with business processes. </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex FSL-related issues and provide technical guidance. </li><li>Provide training and support to Salesforce users, ensuring they can effectively use the platform and FSL features. </li><li>Stay current with Salesforce and FSL updates, releases, and best practices. </li><li>Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, searching, list views, queues, reports, and dashboards </li><li>Maintain security such as user accounts, mobile user accounts, sharing rules, user roles, user profiles, field level security, content folder rights, groups, list view rights </li><li>Maintain overall system configuration and adhere to change control protocols </li><li>Ensure that documentation as per processes, policies, application configuration, and help related materials are maintained and up to date </li><li>Manage the Salesforce ORG to ensure data integrity, security, and daily basic audits </li><li>Manage mass imports and exports of data </li><li>Provide high quality support via ticket system </li><li>Help with deployments (in a GitHub environment via the use of Visual Studio Code) and work with the team towards continuous integration. </li><li>Provide high-quality support to users with tasks and problem-solving technical inquiries via ticket system and email. </li><li>User creation, deactivation, and login assistance. </li><li>Support End Users to clean, manipulate, and update data, using Excel, SOQL, Import Wizard and Workbench. </li><li>Support End Users to create and update reports and dashboards following best practices. </li><li>Customization of declarative components such as fields, page layouts, list views and queues, while adhering to change control protocols. </li><li>Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.<strong> </strong></li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifikationen</h2></div><div><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>At least 24 months of experience performing Salesforce Administrator tasks, Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201) certification required (App Builder certification will be a plus). </li><li>Experience creating clear and concise documentation that is maintained and archived. </li><li>Extensive experience in creating complex Flows. </li><li>Experience with the creation of Approval Processes and Validation Rules </li><li>Experience handling change requests and evaluating efforts necessary </li><li>Configuration Auditing: has experience ensuring a Salesforce system is compliant required quality measures. </li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Knowledge:</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledgeable and exposure of logical constructions in problem solving code syntax and formula creation.</li><li>Knowledge of CRM best practices, Salesforce objects and the relationships between them. </li><li>Salesforce status accounting – ownership of information such as data storage, government limits. </li><li>Familiarity with VS Code and Dev Ops Centre is a plus. </li></ul><p><strong>Skills: </strong></p><ul><li>Proficiency with data manipulation tools and uploading techniques (Data Loader, Workbench, Excel, Plug-Ins). </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. </li><li>Well-versed in agile methodology / processes. </li><li>Capabilities in troubleshooting and fixing system. </li></ul><p><strong>Certifiaction</strong>:</p><ul><li>Salesforce Field Service Lightning certification or equivalent experience. </li></ul><p><strong>Education: </strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor</li></ul><p><strong>Languages:</strong></p><ul><li>Professional Speaking abilities in English having German will be plus </li><li>Analytical business process development skills and problem-solving skills. </li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Zusätzliche Informationen</h2></div><div><p>Please let us know your salary expectation and earliest starting date.</p><p>HR contact person:<br> Miss Zaria Afzal</p></div></section></div>
