<div>Become part of the AutoScout24 Employee Technology team and its highly skilled group of 15 support and system engineers supporting all our teams and making sure everything runs smoothly. Our Employee Technology team (ET) covers 1200 colleagues across 19 sites in Europe and is responsible for collaboration and communication tools, running business applications, as well as designing and operating the required systems infrastructure. Our mission is to boost our colleague’s productivity by providing an amazing IT experience, with a human touch! We are currently looking for an experienced System Engineer (m/f/d) - Workday Integration to oversee the implementation and usage of business software applications in AutoScout24 systems and processes. The business areas to be covered are mostly around HR, encompassing Workday (HCM,…), Greenhouse, and Enboarder.  At AutoScout24 we appreciate different lifestyles and cultural backgrounds. What you’ll do: <ul> <li>Implement business-specific requirements by using existing software or acquiring new ones and ensure compatibility with the existing technology landscape </li> <li>Understand your customers and collaborate with them</li> <li>Proactively provide day-to-day support to all product users</li> <li>Ensure that improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency</li> <li>Function as the main-point-of-contact with external suppliers and advisers</li> <li>Own the budget &amp; license model of your applications</li> <li>Plan and provide visibility on your product roadmaps</li> <li>Define and measure the KPI &amp; SLA of the product you own</li> <li>Keep up to date with new technology and shows a proactive approach to continuous improvement &amp; innovation</li> </ul> What you should bring: <ul> <li>Several years of experience in a similar role, maintaining and developing Workday integrations and other products focusing on HR needs</li> <li>On the technical side: <ul> <li>Strong understanding of the Workday ecosystem (Workday Studio, Document Transformations, Enterprise Interface Builders)</li> <li>Experience in developing and improving automation &amp; interfaces between systems (SaaS and/or running on AWS/Azur)</li> <li>Experience as an admin with Jira or Active Directory would be a plus</li> <li>Experience building interfaces with APIs (e.g Coupa/Jira) would be a plus</li> <li>Experience with PowerShell would be a plus</li> </ul> </li> <li>On the soft skills side: <ul> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Brilliant customer service skills</li> <li>Experience in system architecture project management</li> <li>Ability to speak to engineers as well as internal business customers</li> <li>Fluency in English is a must, German would be a plus</li> </ul> </li> </ul> Benefits:   AutoScout24 offers benefits that allow our employees to work as freely and effectively as possible.
