That’s why we need you to join us.</p><p><strong>Your department:</strong><br> The Operations and Risk unit in M (MR) is the hub of all operations supporting our Trading and Origination activities, and Asset Management for Europe &amp; US. The department is responsible for all processes and operations in the Back Office Europe &amp; US, Risk Management, New Products &amp; Investment Support, and the Digitalization Office for supporting our Trading &amp; Origination activities. The responsibility of the unit is to ensure accurate and high-quality results in all operational activities to support Statkraft’s growth ambitions.</p><p>The mission of the Digitalization Office is to create value for Statkraft T&amp;O by providing state-of-the-art digital solutions to MT (Trading), MO (Origination), MR (Operations &amp; Risk) and MF (Finance), with a strategic and professional interface towards IT. Digital solutions include systems and solutions, but also data and data governance.</p><p>In our Global Customer Platform team (MRDC), we are now looking for a colleague to take a role of Product Owner for our Digital Contract Operations solutions. The team is responsible for owning the solutions serving the customer business in the Continental and UK markets, as well as CRM solutions globally. The team currently consists of 10 colleagues but will be ramping up to cover a larger scope of solutions going forward.</p><p>The unit works in close partnership with the Trading &amp; Origination -, Operations &amp; Risk - and Finance department. In addition, it provides an essential strategic partnering bridge towards the IT department.</p></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Job Description</h2></div><div><p>We are looking for an experienced Product Owner who can drive continuous improvement of processes and tools in close collaboration with our internal stakeholders in Origination, Operations and Risk, internal IT and external vendors. The Product Owner Digital Contract Operations will have responsibilities including but not limited to the following:</p><ul><li>Responsible for the Digital Contract Operations Product strategically, tactically and operationally</li><li>Work closely with the business to understand the business process and needs; lead the design efforts on the solution concept and then implement changes and new features within agreed timescales </li><li>Build a long-term roadmap with business owners and super users supporting their strategic ambitions </li><li>Align and prioritize together with other product owners to ensure the optimal system landscape for Statkraft </li><li>Drive new process and system design, focused on balancing cost control with improving quality and speed within our IT guidelines and policies</li><li>Set sprint goals, lead sprint planning and retrospective as well as daily alignments</li><li>Follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints</li><li>Analyze preferences and requests of end users</li><li>Refine our agile methodology based on results and internal stakeholder feedback</li><li>Keep track of industry trend</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><ul><li>Relevant university degree, preferable a master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration</li><li>Experienced Product Owner for IT products.</li><li>Experience with Sales and Operations in Energy industry</li><li>Experience with eSales and Salesforce ecosystem beneficial</li><li>Database experience (SQL) beneficial</li><li>Strong process design, automation, and technical skills to enable lean and automated process solutions </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong cross team collaboration with an ability to effectively influence decisions, direction, and outcomes </li><li>Demonstrable achievement within a results-driven, highly ambiguous and dynamic environment </li><li>Strong communication skills in <strong>English and German</strong>, both written and spoken. </li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p>A career with Statkraft is a career filled with purpose – meaning that every employee is not just making a living, they are making a real difference to the planet, our communities, and the future.
