<div><h2><strong>About the Job</strong></h2> <p>We’re looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies in features providing space to support its growth strategies. </p> <p>In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on making engineers and Product professionals around the world aware of our portfolio company &amp; providing product teams with the feedback they need to make better decisions leading to a massive boost in R&amp;D productivity.</p> <p>Join our portfolio company: A Denmark based B2B SaaS company focused on feature ownership and continuous property evaluation in order to empower product teams to deliver impactful features that delight and retain customers.</p> <h2><strong>In this role, you’ll:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Deeply comprehend the market category, product, competitors, target personas, and customer profiles to shape our portfolio company's go-to-market strategy</li> <li>Come up with and execute high-quality campaigns that drive qualified leads to our portfolio company's website</li> <li>Perform keyword research to make impactful campaigns and optimize our portfolio company's messaging</li> <li>Experiment and optimize on new and existing campaigns until you find something that works</li> <li>Identify and engage with relevant communities, delivering value to establish credibility and connections</li> <li>Occasionally listen in on sales calls to get a deeper understanding of what works and what doesn’t &amp; work closely with the product-focused PMM</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Your Profile</strong></h2> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in performance marketing with B2B products</li> <li>Very good understanding of the technical aspect of B2B software products</li> <li>Strong interest &amp; curiosity on how product teams design, build features &amp; how our portfolio company can help increase R&amp;D and customer satisfaction</li> <li>Mastery of leading projects with a high level of autonomy in a fast paced environment</li> <li>Strong belief that quality design is an inexpensive shortcut to attracting customers</li> <li>Creative in terms of new experiments and analytical in terms of acting on the results</li> <li>Excellent English written &amp; verbal communication, with attention to detail</li> </ul> <p>Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.</p> <h2><strong>Benefits and Perks</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Make a true impact working introducing your product to other companies</li> <li>Develop your professional skills and take on responsibilities from day one</li> <li>Competitive salary with 5 weeks of PTO and additional benefits</li> <li>Enjoy a cozy office in the heart of Copenhagen or an expenses covered home office setup</li> <li>Company events and benefit from an instant network within the Project A family with access to regular events, knowledge sharing, and meetups</li> </ul> <p>Apply below and become a part of our success story!</p> <h2>Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion</h2> <p><em>Project A is committed to diverse and equal opportunities hiring for all – applicants, candidates, and employees alike.
