Following the concept of "design for manufacturability", you will be responsible fordefining the system construction concept, starting from the concept development phase, over the implementation up to the series production.</li><li>Based on the results you conclude measures to optimize the system design and fabrication concept along the life-cycle of the product.</li><li>Throughout the project you will derive requirements and coordinate interdisciplinary activities with the teams working on micromechanics, MEMS fabrication technology, first and second level packaging. You will define work packages and track the results and their documentation.</li><li>Together with other experts you will oversee and manage several concepts and related trade-offs between the technical feasibility, the impact on key performance indicators and the fabrication yield.</li><li>To ensure sustainable development, you protect our intellectual property by filing invention disclosures.</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><ul><li><strong>Education: </strong>completed university studies (master's degree/diploma/PhD) in microsystems technology, electrical engineering, physics or a comparable subject </li><li><strong>Experience and Knowledge:</strong> experience with different kinds of semiconductor devices; broad and deep technical understanding; knowledge of micro fabrication technologies; experience with management of small projects and organizing interdisciplinary teams </li><li><strong>Personality and Working Practice: </strong>you have a structured and analytical way of working and the willingness to learn; you have excellent communication skills and inspire those around you with your attitude</li><li><strong>Languages: </strong>very good in English written and spoken, German skills are beneficial </li></ul><p>Application deadline up to and including 24th of May 2023.  </p></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p>You want to work remotely or part-time - we offer great opportunities for mobile working as well as different part-time models or job-sharing.
