This role sits in the Learning &amp; Talent Management Center of Excellence, reporting into the Head of.</strong></p><p><strong>Proficiency in ENGLISH is a must-have criteria. </strong></p><p>This job is based in <strong>Berlin</strong>, also open for candidates in <strong>Paris</strong>.</p></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Job Description</h2></div><div><p><strong>Main areas of responsibility &amp; ownership</strong></p><ul><li>Develop, execute, and track leadership &amp; organization development programs, ensuring a high return on investment through data-driven insights.</li><li>Design and facilitate leadership workshops, interactions on topics relevant for AVIV transformation, scaling and business goals</li><li>Build programs and interventions to help leaders navigate organizational changes, cultural shifts, and aligning teams with new goals.</li><li>Integrate inclusive leadership practices that support diverse teams </li><li>Continuously audit and improve current leadership development practices, aligning them with the organization’s cultural pillars and company objectives.</li><li>Oversee internal and external coaching services, ensuring high-quality development support across the organization.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and executives to drive leadership development, learning and culture initiatives.</li><li>Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize the delivery of leadership and culture development initiatives.</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in leadership development, organizational development &amp; learning, to bring innovative ideas to enhance internal programs.</li><li>In the long run, you can expect to design and implement 360-degree feedback, succession planning, behavioral assessments and other development programs and processes to support leadership growth and organizational improvement.</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><p><strong>Who we are looking for</strong></p><ul><li>A business-minded and passionate professional, with an educational background in Business Psychology (or related).
