To this end, TWAICE invests in a dedicated Customer Success team that is ultimately responsible for the complete post-sales lifecycle of our customers. The Customer Success team is committed to empowering customers, gaining maximum value from our products, and ensuring contract renewals and growth. You will be an early member of a small and growing team, with the opportunity to act as trusted advisor to our customers by proactively supporting them throughout the entire lifecycle. You will gain a deep understanding of our solutions to help our customers be successful and achieve their goal of a battery-powered future.</p>
<h2>Tasks</h2>
<ul>
<li>Lead the technical launch of new customers together with our CSMs </li>
<li>Provide training and support for technical enablement of our customers and drive a positive customer experience across the entire life cycle </li>
<li>Develop deep product expertise with the TWAICE Battery Analytics Solutions and apply it to help solve our customers’ most challenging problems </li>
<li>Drive and escalate customer technical issues with internal stakeholders  </li>
<li>Gather customer feedback and requirements to contribute to product development and efficiently work with our product team   </li>
<li>Up to 20 % travel for customer meetings, customer launch or on-site support</li>
</ul>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of hands-on technical experience in the field of Energy Storage Systems </li>
<li>Master or higher degree in Engineering or Science </li>
<li>Deep, technical understanding of Energy Storage Systems and lithium-ion batteries </li>
<li>Analytically minded, innately curious and with a proven ability to execute in a customer-focused environment and nurture and advocate for customers across a cross-functional organization </li>
<li>Thoughtful communicator with clear and concise verbal and written skills in German and English </li>
<li>Ability to collaborate and communicate with both technical and non-technical teams </li>
<li>Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at a time and drive them to successful completion </li>
<li>Enthusiastic, proactive, positive-minded, customer focused, and service-oriented, with a passion for exceptional user experience </li>
